Alien Abduction Phenomenon Explored on Coast to Coast AM This Sunday

Alien Abduction Phenomenon Explored on Coast to Coast

After decades of investigating UFO activity at nuclear weapons sites, utilizing the testimony of scores of US Air Force veterans, I published my findings in UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites, in 2008.

Last year, in 2021, on the Rebelliously Curious podcast, Luis Elizondo, the former director of the Pentagon’s once-secret UFO/UAP investigations group, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, said that AATIP had utilized the book during their own investigations and that I had done “a fantastic job” researching the topic.

However, during my long research career I carefully kept a personal secret from the public. It was not until 2019 that I published the fact that I had had several encounters over the course of my life with what I concluded were non-human entities, the so-called Grays. In other words, I am an alien abductee or experiencer. This unanticipated and unwanted situation has undoubtedly been central to my interest in, and exploration of, the UFO phenomenon, although I knew that had I openly discussed it earlier, the media and much of the public would have automatically concluded that my military-related research was suspect. So, I kept my mouth shut.

Nevertheless, over time, I met and privately exchanged information with other experiencers, to compare notes, so to speak. In 2010, I met British citizen Steve Aspin, who confided his own lifelong encounters with the Grays, which were apparently far more frequent than my own. Indeed, based on information revealed during familial discussions, it appears that his mother, her mother and grandmother had all experienced visitations/abductions with the entities. As some readers will know, this intergenerational pattern of alien interaction with certain families now appears to be the rule, rather than the exception.

Out of Time - The Intergenerational Abduction Program Explored
Mr. Aspin has just published his first book about his personal and family experiences, titled Out of Time: The Intergenerational Abduction Program Explored, which also features his summary of abduction research conducted by the late Budd Hopkins, Dr. David Jacobs, and others. Aspin astutely and articulately evaluates the data collected thus far and theorizes about the program’s ultimate meaning and purpose. I highly recommend the book.

Mr. Aspin will be interviewed by journalist George Knapp on Coast to Coast AM this Sunday evening.

CIA Veteran Discloses Alien Abduction During Knapp Interview

CIA Veteran Discloses Alien Abduction During Knapp Interview

George Knapp interviews Jim Semivan

Las Vegas based, investigative journalist George Knapp interviewed former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employee, Jim Semivan on 30 January 2022 on Coast to Coast AM. Here are my notes on that interview. My notes focus on references to UAP, and are thin when it comes to general discussion about the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA.)

George Knapp (G): My guest Jim Semivan spent 25 years in the CIA, then 12 years as a contractor. Retired in 2007. In 2016 joined To The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences.
Keith Basterfield

Jim Semivan (J): I met John Alexander after the publication of his book. He said involvement in the UAP topic will get you "tarred and feathered." So, I stayed on the sidelines. However, met a group in California, and decided to get out and talk about the subject.

UAP and CIA

G: Were UFOs Discussed at CIA?

J: I was there 30 something years at the CIA. Nothing spoken about at the CIA. No sign on a door. There was a place where Kit Green worked - the "weird desk." UFOs and paranormal. Got to know people in government who worked on it unofficially. No one ever found a "UFO" office.

My wife and I, in 1991/1992 had an experience - pretty traumatic. The day after that happened a guy in deep cover at the agency said he was going to a UFO conference. I explained what happened to me. He wrote down on a piece of paper the details of Vallee's triology of books. I have always been a student of esoteric works. Not into the paranormal. I was taken aback by it all.

I started to nose around - informal. Knew DoD had AAWSAP going on 2007 or 08 or 09. Heard of Lue. Introduced to Lue by Hal Puthoff. Went to Pentagon inner halls - met Lue and deputy and other people. An unofficial relationship.

Personal Experience

G:: What can you say about your wife's and your experience?

J: One reason I don't dicsuss it, is that my wife and I are still being studied by another group of people. Had a classic abduction style thing. Except it was in the bedroom in the middle of the night. Beings show up. Pretty upsetting later on. Physical things that happened to both of us. We have documents for all that. Short experience. Real. My wife is a psychologist. It was not a dream or hypnagogic state. Later on, when I met John in 2014/2015, John interviewed both of us - gave him the data. Couple of people took bloood etc.

G: Ongoing?

J: Not too much later. Last tests about four years ago. Bedroom figures. Miniture version of a messenger.

Discussion on historical role of CIA and UFOs.

UAP and Intelligence Community

G: What about now? Upper echelons of the intelligence community? Possible reactions?

J: Speculating here. Now people in the IC are willing to take it on. We briefed senior people on the topic. They wanted it to be out in the open. It is truely a national security issue. Don't like - the military/government don't own the topic. Phenomenon shows up everywhere. I want to know what the hell it is. Let's take it private.

G: Big picture stuff. Anyone know the full picture?

J: Don't think anyone knows the true picture. Col Kelleher said its a lot more than nuts and bolts. There is a biological side to it - high strangeness and scary. When started TTSA we discussed this. Do we really want to know?

Discussion on quantum mechanics and conciousness.

Russian or Chinese?

G: UAP, orbs, drones etc. You studied Russian and Chinese technology - could they be Russian or Chinese?

J: Absolutely not. ODNI report - read between the lines - here are possibilities but not Russian or Chinese. No terrestrial - other something.

G: What is the general tone in the intelligence community today?

J: Mixed bag. No one wants to go near it. New task force - have to get people together who know a lot about it. Feel sorry for the guys who have to come up with the answers. I understand the miltary's perspective to some point. Need the new UFO org to have senior person in charge or others not going to share information. Congressional members are very interested.

TTSA

G: TTSA - lofty goals.

J: I first met Tom -Sekret machines. Couple of people came to me and said have you read the book? He had advisors. Who's talking to him? Had an unofficial dinner with Tom. It was apparent he was a smart guy. I guessed who a couple of his advisors were. Next day we had lunch together. Why don't you join my company? He sketched it out. Hal was there. TTSA formed. I met with Lue who said I'm going to resign from DOD. Hooked up with Tom. Tom hired him. Chris Mellon came on board, as did Steve Justice. I was a little worried - sticking our necks out. Military saddled with the problem now. You have to get guys who know stuff already. People with no background are problematic. I did briefings on the side to other agencies. They have to make up for what they dont know. It was one guy 5% of the time, like AATIP.

G: What about crashes?

J: CRADA still in effect. Senior people from the Army visited us. A while later, another group came out. Both groups were impressed. Don't know what end result will be. Recently rearranged TTSA. Our name now is just To the Stars - an entertanment company. Will start up the podcast again.

G: Stories from Vallee and Nolan, stories about entire craft and bodies. Real? Someone has craft and bodies?

J: Let that go. Not going there.

G: CRADA timeline?

J: Don't know. Pieces of Mg-Bi - waveguide - Some say result of some process. You don't have to figure it all out, just get some ideas.

The story of Bob Lazar. You gave me a thumbnail sketch of Lazar. I don't have issues. I believe what he says is accurate. Edward Snowden was a smart kid. The government hired him yet he didn't have any degrees. Shows no sign of deception in interviews.

Phone question from a listener. The hitchhiker effect. Could relate it with hauntings. Could it attach itself to an entity/company/private contractor?

J: If contractor involved with UAP, maybe. I had poltergeist activity in my house for years.

UFOs, Nuclear Weapons and Alien Abductions

UFOs, Nuclear Weapons and Alien Abductions

On dropping the bomb(s)

For more than 30 years, Robert Hastings knew he had another story to tell, one that risked dragging him back to the fringe. He’d worked tirelessly to position his research in the elusive center, and in 2010, it looked like he might’ve gotten a toehold.

Ten years ago in September, CNN live-streamed Hastings’ press conference at the National Press Club in Washington. That’s where most Americans — or at least, those who tuned in,
Billy Cox
By Billy Cox
De Void
2-13-20
anyway — first learned from seven intrepid military veterans that UFOs were punching holes in the most sensitive airspace in the nation, above Strategic Air Command facilities, where America’s weapons of mass destruction are locked and loaded.

The speakers’ service records were above reproach, and their stories represented a fraction of what Hastings had chronicled in his 2008 book UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites. At that time, more than a hundred veterans had gone on record for Hastings’ expose, which was the most in-depth look at this strange dance since word of compromised security first leaked out in 1973. The Christian Science Monitor broke that story when Sylvania Electric Systems manager Ray Fowler spoke out about how a flight of Minuteman ICBMs at Malmstrom AFB got shut down by bogeys back when LBJ was president. Eyewitness reports of similar intrusions have been dribbling out piecemeal ever since.

Hastings has interviewed more looped-in veterans since then, and in 2016 he produced a sobering followup documentary, “UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed.” But the media never capitalized on the national-security angle, at least not until news of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program got out in 2017. Between that and the release of eyewitness-supported F-18 videos, the lid began to crack in a big way. And once congressional inquiries into The Great Taboo gain momentum, you can bet your ass the security of our nuclear arsenal will be a major part of that review. (But good luck getting anyone to acknowledge it.)

But the man who got the ball rolling was also holding back a secret he’d muzzled since 1988, something so underground it would’ve been as reputation-shattering as admitting to being gay in 1952. However, after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure two years ago, now closing in on 70, Hastings decided to drop the bomb late last year with a memoir, Confession: Our Hidden Alien Encounters Revealed.

Actually, it was two bombs. Not only did the newly unmasked UFO abductee disclose details of what may have been tracking him as early as age 2, Hastings invited Bob Jacobs to contribute to Confession as well. Jacobs, ex-Air Force, has never been shy about talking up what he claims was the filmed shootdown of an unarmed Atlas missile by a UFO over Big Sur when he was stationed at Vandenberg AFB in 1964. But he hadn’t told everything.

While comparing notes years ago, Hastings and Jacobs discovered they shared a bizarre mutual quirk – waking up with a start in the middle of the night, their digital nightstand clocks reading (mostly) 4:44 or 3:33. Those jarring episodes were often accompanied by the sort of “nightmares” long familiar to researchers who study abduction cases, with overlapping details that included (occasional) bloodstains on the pillows or sheets.

Without tipping his hand, Hastings would query strangers with similar interests about any experiences they may have had with the triplicate repetition of numbers, 1:11, 2:22, etc. So many puzzled souls reported being jolted from slumber at those times, he began calling it the “Triple Digit Thingy.” Hastings interpreted the phenomenon to be a signature, or a calling card, intended to inform the experiencer of the non-random nature of the event.

Long before the bad-health news, Hastings says he knew, someday, he’d have to get this stuff off his chest. In recent years, he began letting it out incrementally, in off-the-record asides to those he trusted. In some cases, he got the reaction he’d steeled himself for, often from the veterans he had quoted in UFOs and Nukes, who feared his revelations could mark them for ridicule by association. After all, abductees have been the butt of cultural jokes since Martin Mull’s “Fernwood 2 Night” first put the alien-hijacked country-rubes cliché out there in the 1970s.

“A few were visibly upset and almost angry that not only me, but that (retired USAF captain/missile launch officer) Bob Salas had come out of the closet, and felt there was no credibility to the abduction stories and that they undercut their credibility,” Hastings recalls from his home in Colorado. “I said look, you know my body of work, and I’m applying the same methodology in my analysis of my own experience, trying to accurately report what I remember and trying to keep speculation to a minimum. And when I do speculate, I overtly identify my comments as speculative.”

But Hastings also met military veterans who weren’t only unafraid of the issue, they agreed to go on record with their own abduction stories. Most notably there was Terry Lovelace, a USAF veteran who finished his long legal career with the Attorney General’s office in Vermont. Lovelace wrote his own first-person abduction account, Incident at Devil’s Den, in 2018. The other day, he told a told a podcast host how, upon waking up at 5:55 a.m., his cellphone workout app indicated he had ascended 60 feet above his one-story house in less than a minute.

A decade ago, Hastings would’ve gone on a book tour in hopes of encouraging others to step out of the shadows. He no longer feels encumbered by what his critics or anyone else thinks anymore. Given the “precarious” state of his health, however, the lecture circuit is a no-go.

Today, Robert Hastings sounds reconciled to the idea that the mystery at the core of his being is destined to remain just that. And if what appears to have been a lifelong ordeal is real, he has tried to accept, with as much grace as is possible under these circumstances, what humanitarian scrutiny would regard as a gratuitous imposition of powerlessness, confusion and cruelty.

“I think these beings themselves don’t really care about the emotional impact they’re having on the abductees,” he says. “They have a job to do when the person is being taken for a particular reason. And whatever they need to do in that interaction, they’re going to do. Whether you’re screaming or terrified or not, they’re just gonna ignore all of that and get on with it.

“An analogy might be, we use lab animals day in and day out for reasons that we judge valid. And when we’re interacting with mice or rats or chimpanzees in the lab, I’m sure they’re alarmed or terrified by the things we’re doing to them. And yet, we’re not intentionally trying to be cruel to them. But we nevertheless do have a job to do, or a function to perform, and we’re going to do it regardless of what distress we might cause them.

“So I don’t think these entities are going out of their way to be cruel or evil, they’re just engaging in something that we find frightening.”

Like getting a taste of our own medicine, maybe?

Self-Confessed UFO Abductees Robert Hastings and Dr. Bob Jacobs to Appear on Coast to Coast AM

CONFESSION: Our Hidden Alien Encounters Revealed

UFOs and Nukes researcher Robert Hastings and military whistleblower Dr. Bob Jacobs have recently acknowledged their previously concealed status as ‘experiencers’ in their newly-released, co-authored book, CONFESSION: Our Hidden Alien Encounters Revealed. (#ad) The pair will be interviewed by investigative reporter George Knapp on his Coast to Coast AM radio show this Sunday, November 17th, at 10 p.m. Pacific Time (1 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday, November 18th).

Since 1973, Hastings’ investigations have focused on UFO incursions at nuclear weapons sites, as revealed in declassified

government documents and the testimony of scores of former or retired military personnel whom he has interviewed. His September 27, 2010 press conference in Washington D.C., during which seven U.S. Air Force veterans discussed their involvement in such incidents, was live-streamed by CNN and favorably covered by other major media organizations worldwide.

Although not a participant in that press event, Dr. Jacobs has become well-known after revealing his knowledge of perhaps the most dramatic nukes-related case on record. Dubbed the Big Sur UFO Incident, it involved a domed, disc-shaped craft being inadvertently filmed during an ICBM test launch at Vandenberg AFB, California, in September 1964. Amazingly, the UFO was seen to chase and then circle the separated dummy nuclear warhead in flight over the Pacific Ocean—before shooting it down with weaponized beams of light! Although debunkers have unsuccessfully attempted to discredit the case by misstating or ignoring the evidence, another former U.S. Air Force officer, Dr. Florenz Mansmann, has confirmed Dr. Jacobs’ revelations and states that the CIA confiscated the film of the nearly unbelievable event.

Despite Hastings’ and Jacobs’ nuts-and-bolts approach to the UFO phenomenon—exclusively investigating and reporting military-related cases—over time each has independently experienced bizarre and frightening encounters with what they have concluded are non-human entities. Understanding that publicly confessing these experiences would negatively impact their credibility—among UFO skeptics and proponents alike—they’ve remained silent for decades. Until now.

While the authors readily admit that they cannot provide irrefutable proof for their claims, they nevertheless assert that their ongoing encounters are physically real and not explainable by prosaic scenarios such as sleep paralysis, vivid dreaming, or an overactive imagination. Consequently, they are among the steadily growing number of humans worldwide who have reported experiencing what appear to be face-to-face interactions with alien beings.

UFOs and Nukes Researcher Reveals His Alien Abduction Encounters

CONFESSION – Our Hidden Alien Encounters Revealed

My public face is that of the leading researcher of UFO activity at nuclear weapons sites, as revealed in hundreds of declassified U.S. government documents and the testimony of more than 160 U.S. military veterans whom I’ve interviewed over the past 46 years. Some of those individuals, including a few retired colonels, say that UFOs have actually tampered with American Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs), rendering them temporarily inoperable.

On September 27, 2010, CNN live-streamed my press conference in Washington D.C., during which seven of those
Robert Hastings

The UFO Chronicles

veterans discussed their personal UFO encounters at ICBM sites and nukes storage facilities. The press release announcing the event went viral on the Internet, suggesting extensive, worldwide interest in the topic.

Significantly, in the months following the groundbreaking December 16, 2017 article in The New York Times, revealing the existence of a classified Department of Defense UFO study known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), three persons affiliated with that project—former U.S. Senator Harry Reid, former AATIP director Luis Elizondo, and former AATIP physicist Hal Puthoff—have publicly acknowledged repeated UFO incursions at ICBM sites over the years, including cases involving unexplained missile system disruptions.1

Consequently, the still-classified events that I have been researching since 1973, and lecturing about since 1981, have now been authoritatively verified as real and characterized as a potential threat to U.S. national security.

However, concurrent with my investigations and public speaking, there has also been an intentionally unpublicized aspect of my involvement with the UFO phenomenon. As I am about to divulge in a new book, over the past three decades a series of bizarre, frightening incidents have occurred involving direct interactions with what I have come to believe are non-human entities. In other words, I am an experiencer or, expressed more dramatically, an alien abductee.

As I readily admit, I cannot indisputably prove that these visitations/abductions actually took place, but having endured them again and again, since August 1988, I steadfastly and unapologetically maintain that they were physical in nature and not explainable as misinterpreted prosaic events, or due to a psychological disorder, or the result of sleep paralysis. I never anticipated this situation and deeply regret that it entered my life, but it is very real and clearly beyond my control. Whether it materialized as a result of my research or some other factor is unknown, however, one strange childhood incident suggests that this otherworldly presence may have first appeared many years ago.

Understandably concerned that a frank public admission regarding all of this would negatively impact my reputation as a credible source for military-related UFO information, I have hitherto remained silent about my sometimes terrifying paranormal encounters. However, now that I am approaching the age of 70, and experiencing certain serious health issues, I’ve concluded that the time has come for me to openly acknowledge my secret life.

But I am not the only one who is coming out at this time. The new book is co-authored by former U.S. Air Force officer and now-retired university professor Dr. Bob Jacobs, who has also had a number of apparent alien visitation/abduction encounters over the years. Jacobs is best known for his chance participation in the Big Sur UFO Incident, at Vandenberg AFB, California, in September 1964, during which a UFO was inadvertently captured on motion picture film by Jacobs’ telescopic camera crew during a missile test launch.2

Without warning, the domed, disc-shaped craft suddenly entered the camera frame, first pacing and then circling a dummy nuclear warhead in flight—before shooting it down with weaponized beams of light! Debunkers have unsuccessfully attempted to discredit this amazing case by repeatedly misstating the facts and ignoring the testimony of a second former USAF officer, Dr. Florenz Mansmann, who has confirmed that the Top Secret event did indeed take place. According to Mansmann, two CIA officers confiscated the filmed record of the shocking encounter and transported it aboard a “special aircraft” to Washington D.C.3

CONFESSION – Our Hidden Alien Encounters Revealed
In any case, in May 2012, while videotaping interviews with Dr. Jacobs and other military veterans who were willing to divulge their involvement in still-classified, nuclear weapons-related UFO incidents, I cautiously revealed my secret abductee status to Jacobs. Much to my surprise, he responded by telling me of his own frightening, entity-related experiences. Stunned to learn that we were independently being subjected to similar, highly disturbing phenomena, we subsequently began to update each other via email following each new incident. Earlier this year, after much hesitation and reflection, we decided to publicly divulge our disconcerting situation in CONFESSION: Our Hidden Alien Encounters Revealed (#ad), which is now available at Amazon.

After decades of secrecy, Jacobs and I basically feel relieved to have finally opened up about our experiences, despite the skepticism that we will undoubtedly face from many members of the public. Regardless, our hope is that other abductees, especially former military personnel who worked with or guarded nuclear weapons, will be encouraged to come forward and reveal their own alien encounters. Actually, a few such veterans have already done so and those startling accounts also appear in the book. Briefly, it now seems that during at least a few of the well-documented UFO incursions at ICBM sites, much more was occurring than the disruption of the missiles’ functionality; human lives were being disrupted as well.

In conclusion, after years of investigating and writing about nuts-and-bolts UFO cases, I have now embarked on a new, challenging endeavor. Despite the pleas of several friends and acquaintances, urging me not to go public with my personal encounters, I have no regrets about doing so. Although not yet recognized as valid by most scientists and much of the public, the alien abduction phenomenon is real, global, and tremendously important. That these non-human entities are somehow part of humankind’s overall future seems clear to experiencers; one day it will undoubtedly be obvious to everyone.

Dr. Jacobs and I will appear on investigative journalist George Knapp’s Coast to Coast AM radio show on November 17/18, 2019, to discuss the book and our previously hidden encounters with the unknown.
