The Chase County Sheriff's Office via their FaceBook page reported:

The Chase County Sheriff’s has been investigating sightings of Drones in Chase County since Saturday December 28th 2019. Last night we documented sightings in Chase County from the northern part of the county, to both the southern and eastern parts. These Drones appear to have a span of 5 feet so they are rather large. There were also sightings in Perkins County and as far east as Palisade. Deputies have been out tracking the Drones in order to determine where they were coming from and where the operators of the Drones are located.

The Sheriff’s Office has been diligently working with surrounding agencies in Nebraska and Colorado. We have been sharing information in an attempt to discover the origin of the Drones. We have also been in contact with Department of Homeland Security, FAA, and FBI. At this time we have been unsuccessful locating who is operating the Drones or what the motive is behind flying them in our area. We are continuing to work with State and Federal Authorities to solve this bizarre case.

The Sheriff’s Office would ask that you keep reporting the sightings of the Drones, so they can be documented, including any suspicious vehicles or persons in the area. Please call the non-emergency number at 308-882-4748. It appears the Drones are being flown after dark and continue for several hours. They have been spotted as late as 10:30 pm. We appreciate the public’s assistance in this matter.

There’s a mystery unfolding on Colorado’s Eastern Plains. Massive drones have been spotted flying over towns but no one seems to know where they are coming from.

      Last night over Frederick Colorado my husband and I were driving on I-25 SB when we saw six orange orbs in the sky, They started off in formation with two rows, three in each and they slowly moved out of this formation. One by one they started disappearing as one of the orbs kept going lower and lower until it was the only one left. By the time we were able to get off at an exit to drive around and get our cell phone out it had disappeared. Cool and creepy lol

UFO Hovered Over Neighbor’s Home

     A Colorado witness at Commerce City reported watching “two bright red, disc-shaped” UFOs where one of the objects hovered over a neighbor’s house, according to testimony in Case 68220 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The event occurred beginning about 9:15 p.m. on July 15, 2015, when a husband and wife were watching television and the husband decided to step outside to repair a light.

“Something bright red came into view,” the husband said. “I saw it was disc-shaped. I ran into the house to alert my wife of what I was looking at. She got mad at me and came outside, looked up and said it was an airplane from the DIA airport and went back into the house.”

The wife also thought she may have seen nearby fireworks.

“Our house has lots of windows. When my wife yelled at me to come take a look at what she was seeing in the window – what she thought to be fireworks – one of the flying discs was right up close to the house. I saw it really well and joked with the wife and said it was an invasion.”

Then the object hovered closer to home. . . .

     The AMS received over 70 reports this morning of a bright fiery object traveling from the east to the west over southern Wyoming and northern Colorado.

Many of the witnesses reported a slow moving object with a long duration spanning 20 seconds. This is an atypical meteor event because most fireball meteors last only 3-5 seconds. Slower moving, longer lasting fireballs are generally associated with satellites or other types of man-made space debris re-entering the atmosphere. . . .

UFO Videotaped Over Outdoor Concert

     A Colorado witness attending a concert at the outdoor Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison reported watching a UFO circle the dark sky several times before vanishing, according to testimony in Case 63018 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The object was seen by the reporting witness and at least four others beginning at 8:57 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015, during the concert preformed by Major Lazer and Damian Marley.

The reporting witness has a military background.

“I feel that it is important to note that I served as a helicopter crewman in the Navy for six years,” the witness stated. “I have over 900 flight hours, most of them at sea, where I had to constantly identify lights in the distance, for aerial recon. I was also qualified as an enlisted aviation warfare specialist by my unit. I know what a normal aircraft looks like at night, and how a normal aircraft moves.”

One other witness shares a similar background.

“My friend, who served in the same unit and job with me, also saw the UFO. I did my best to take pictures and video on my iphone 4, but the quality does not do the object justice. There were five of us that saw the craft – at least. I know that one of them also recorded footage, and I am waiting for him to contact me with it.”

During the concert, one of the witnesses’ friends pointed out the object. . . .

Horseshoe-Shaped UFO Photographed Hovering Over Pikes Peak

     Colorado witnesses at Colorado Springs reported watching a “lighted object” hovering over nearby mountains in the shape of a horseshoe that quickly disappeared, according to testimony in Case 62085 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The reporting witness and his wife were driving on December 16, 2014, when the object was noticed above the north ridge of Pikes Peak.

“We were driving at the time, headed west on Woodmen Road, and then west on Rockrimmon,” the witness stated. “Then west on Vindicator. We witnessed what I thought was a light that had a horseshoe shape. My wife thought it was an object emitting light, but the shape was consistent for both of us.”

The witnesses’ wife used a cell phone to take two photos of the distant object . . ..

Two Sphere UFOs Reported Over Colorado Springs

     A Colorado witness at Colorado Springs reported watching two sphere-shaped UFOs move toward each other, circle each other, and then move away from each other in opposite directions, according to testimony in Case 62026 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was outside walking on December 1, 2014, when the object was first seen.

“Living in the Colorado mountains you often see shooting stars and satellites, so I looked up to catch it,” the witness stated. “What I saw stunned me. There were two objects moving towards each other in a very controlled fashion.”

The witness described the movement of the two objects.

“Once they became close, they began to circle one another a few times. After this they quickly dashed away in opposite directions.”

The witness has a background in aviation.

“I have served time in the U.S. Air Force and have seen many craft in the air. Also, I have witnessed shooting stars, satellites, Chinese lanterns and other events in the sky living in Colorado and this event was like nothing I had ever experienced in my life.” . . .

Bright, White 'UFO' Haunting Southern Colorado Sky

     HOOPER – Creepy things are lighting up the sky in Southern Colorado and no one seems to know what they are.

Is it a bird? A plane? Or a UFO? Folks who live in the San Luis Valley have their own opinions. Judy Messoline, a resident of Hooper, runs the UFO Watchtower. People from all over the world flock to it annually with hopes of witnessing something that's out of this world.

"They've had documented UFO sightings in this area since the 1700s," Messoline said.

Messoline says the San Luis Valley is a hot bed for paranormal activity. From cattle mutilations to unexplained lights – it has it all. The weird thing about the Valley, Messoline explained, is the lights appear during the day and at night.

More recently, a bright white light has been haunting the Valley's sky.

"It's been a strange, round, white light. It's been seen since Sept. 13 between Antonito and DaVita and all the way to Crestone. No one can figure out what it is," Messoline said. . . .

     At 3:39 pm I was looking up to see jets flying when I noticed an orb like object hovering at a high altitude in the sky. I pulled over to observe the object at Palmer Park and Academy in the Leon Gessie pizza parking lot.

I quickly saw a second object exactly like the first and then in a matter of moments saw a third to the west of the 2 in what appeared to be a symmetrical triangle. Jets were making passes by the 2 closest to my vantage point. Then suddenly the 3rd at the tip of what was the triangle formation started moving quickly west. It made no sound and left no com trail. It was followed by the F-15s and they did not return to the 2 objects that remained. They were orb like, round, reflective and glimmering white. They were very high in the sky at what seemed to be about 30 thousand feet or higher.

They remained perfectly in line with each other as they slowly moved out of sight due to cloud cover and the suns direction. The sighting lasted about 50 minutes.

This was absolutely astounding! I did get video and pictures on my cell phone which did not due the event justice. There were also other people who observed them as well. Amazing! I have never experienced anything like this. I can not explain what I saw. I truly believe what I saw were UFO's. . . .

   SUMMIT COUNTY, COLO. - Breckenridge Police say they are investigating reports of three "shiny" objects in the sky Friday morning.

"NORAD is not tracking any anomalies in that location. We are investigating," said Army Major Beth Smith, NORAD spokesperson.

Multiple people have called in to report the objects floating in the sky. The Summit County Sheriff's Office is also investigating.

Police have called the FAA. The FAA says they have not had any calls from the public regarding the sighting.

Witnesses say the objects would sometimes form triangles or straight lines across the horizon.

9NEWS reporter Matt Renoux said he doesn't believe the objects were drones or weather balloons, because the objects appeared stationary for as long as 15 minutes at times.

     SUMMIT COUNTY - Breckenridge Police say they are investigating reports of three "shiny" objects in the sky Friday morning.

"NORAD is not tracking any anomalies in that location. We are investigating," said Army Major Beth Smith, NORAD spokesperson.

Multiple people have called in to report the objects floating in the sky. The Summit County Sheriff's Office is also investigating.

Police have called the FAA. The FAA says they have not had any calls from the public regarding the sighting.

Witnesses say the objects would sometimes form triangles or straight lines across the horizon.

9NEWS reporter Matt Renoux said he doesn't believe the objects were drones or weather balloons, because the objects appeared stationary for as long as 15 minutes at times.

"They would just sit there... without moving an inch on our viewscreen in the camera," Renoux said during a 5 p.m. live report.

After about 15 minutes, a flash of light would appear and the "objects would take off across the mountain ridge," Renoux said. . . .

UFOs caught on camera move into cloud cover

     A Colorado witness at Idaho Springs reported watching three bright light UFOs that moved “straight up into the clouds” about 1:16 a.m. today, according to testimony in Case 60176 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was working the night shift at the twin tunnels when he stopped to take a photograph of the tunnel and mountain.

“Someone else noticed the lights and pointed them out to us,” the witness stated. “Myself and many others all watched as they slowly flew straight up into the clouds. It was overcast and a bit foggy so they had to be pretty close. I didn’t realize until later that I had taken pictures of it.” . . .

     Last night, sept 13,2014 around 7 pm in pagosa springs colorado:

Spotted large and very bright stationary object in light sky

After driving about 30 mins, we drove past hunters on the side of the road that had binoculars and a hunting scope. At that point of time, the lights had turned orange red and through the binocs it looked like a triangle. When the scope came out, it was no longer visible from the naked eye. But this is what I caught from my iPhone camera: (see above)

Mutilated Cattle Show up Again in Colorado

      TRINIDAD - At first, rancher Tom Miller thought the savagery wrought on his cattle was a cruel joke.

Mutilated cows and calfs. Field-dressed and missing ears, organs and eyes. Carcasses devoid of blood.

A second-generation rancher, it wasn't until 1999 that Miller said he started looking at the animal deaths differently - not as the product of twisted mischief or the feeding scraps of predators.

"At first I thought it was a prank, but there were no tracks, no blood. It looks like the carcass is peeled off, and it happens overnight," Miller said.

"There are just so many things that happen that doesn't seem like it's human. I know people think you're crazy, but there are so many things people can't explain."

Since '99, six cows and calfs have been mutilated on Miller's ranch northeast of here. Two calfs were mutilated in May and the day after meeting with a Chieftain reporter and photographer this week, he found another mutilated cow on his property.

Miller thinks the seventh death happened in the past week. . . .
