'UFO' Hovering in Night Sky Panics Locals | CHILE
Citizens in a Chilean city were shocked to find a strange circle of light floating across the night sky, and took to social media to try to find the answer to the mystery 'UFO'.
The sky above the city of Iquique in Northern Chile's Tarapaca Region was suddenly adorned with a blue light circle earlier this week.
A number of videos and images appeared on Twitter and Instagram and other social media channels, with inhabitants asking for an explanation. [...]

The family were left spooked, claiming the UFOs were followed by an 'MOD helicopter' fast in pursuit
A family claim their barbecue was interrupted by four UFOs 'zooming across the sky' - quickly followed by a Ministry of Defence helicopter.
Andrea Finney, from Bolton, Lancashire, was enjoying a pleasant outdoor family meal with her husband Nigel and their son when the mysterious event left them spooked.
The 48-year-old, who works in property management, told Mirror Online: "There were four of them, and they zoomed across the sky.
"You just had to be there to see it, it was the strangest thing I have ever seen in my life.
"They zoomed off after we spotted them, and the craziest thing was that they were then followed by a Ministry of Defence helicopter.
"I was just gobsmacked." . . .

A schoolgirl was stunned when when she looked into the sky to see an enormous unexplained black ring.
Georgina Heap, 16, was playing tennis with mum Jo when she was stopped in her tracks by the fascinating sight.
Gazing into the sky, the pair saw a clearly defined black circle which looked like a giant smoke ring.
The UFO remained there for around three minutes before it disappeared completely.
Georgina, who is studying for her GCSEs, said: "I looked up at it and thought, 'what the hell?', it was amazing.
"It was just floating there like a cloud and then it disappeared. It wasn't birds either.
"There were about ten of us who stopped what we were doing and watched. It is the weirdest thing I have ever seen."
The spectacle, which appeared near Leamington Spa, on Friday evening, has stumped officials. . . .

A strange siting over Warwick Castle actually DOES have an explanation that does not signal anything occult or supernatural. . . .
. . . It supposedly hung there “floating like a cloud”. There were no fires recorded and meteorologists said it wasn’t a weather event. Bees? Birds? Unlikely. A true mysterious natural phenomenon.
It’s really neat-looking and, as is guaranteed, is sparking claims of witchcraft and end times.
The explanation is not out of reach, however. While this sighting may be one in a million to the viewers, it’s happened plenty of times before. They are known as vortex rings and are often remnants of explosions. . . .

VIDEO | NASA's Cassini Orbiter Has Spotted Strange Objects Punching Holes in Saturn's Outermost Ring
New images from the Cassini spacecraft reveal rogue kilometre-sized objects punching through Saturn's F-ring as the source of 'mini-jets' seen emanating from the ring.
Saturn's narrow F-ring is already known to host a variety of dynamic features including channels, ripples and 'snowballs' that are created by the gravitational influence of nearby moon Prometheus. While some snowballs are likely broken up by collisions and tidal forces, the new images reveal five hundred separate cases where small surviving fragments punch through the F-ring, dragging icy ring particles with them.
The objects collide with the ring at low speeds of around two metres per second, resulting in 'mini-jets' that extend between 40 and 180 kilometres from the ring. In some cases the snowball impacts occur in groups, creating exotic patterns as they drag through the ring. . . .
