The witness shot several photos of the black discs, including this image that was blown up to show the objects better. |

Two West Greenwich, RI, witnesses reported watching and photographing "two hovering black disc" UFOs about 5:33 p.m. on January 31, 2014, according to testimony in Case 53853 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The two were driving along a local highway when the objects were spotted while looking out their passenger side window.
"I told my boyfriend to look and he grabbed a series of pictures showing the objects standing still in the sky (hovering)," the reporting witness stated. "They were circular and had no lights."
The couple got off at the next exit and drove toward where they saw the objects.
"We had lost them in the trees after taking the exit and by the time we reached the area they were previously above, they were gone. We also saw a helicopter heading in the same direction as we drove closer." . . .

'UFO Sighting was a Plane,' says Bracknell Pub Landlord
THE manager of the Running Horse pub in Bracknell has said a suspected UFO sighting was probably just a plane.
Marti March, who has been heading up the Harmans Water pub for about a year, told the News he was shocked when one of his customers said he had seen objects in the sky on Friday night.
He said: "I raced upstairs for a better view but it was so far away and was getting dark.
"I don't think it was a UFO to be honest with you, it was just flashing lights on a plane." . . .

Disc-Shaped UFOs Photographed Over Bracknell, UK
A man is wondering if there is life out there after he snapped two lights in the sky over Bracknell last night (Friday).
Steve Lambert was on the terrace at the front of the Running Horse Pub, London Road, making a phone call, when he spotted the discs over Harmans Water at 8pm.
The 42-year-old from Basingstoke said: "They were heading south-west at speed towards Basingstoke - quicker than any normal aircraft.
"They were there for less than five seconds."
Steve posted the photo to Facebook to see what his friends made of the photo and now wants to hear from anyone else who saw the UFOs.
He added: "I have seen a lot of funny things in the sky and I have always practiced trying to take a photo quickly on my mobile phone.
"I am interested to see if anyone knows what it is. . . .

Are we alone? Your UFO stories...

By The Hunts Post
5-8-07
FOLLOWING last week's article about a UFO sighting above Norfolk Road, The Hunts Post has been inundated with tales of mysterious shapes in the sky.5-8-07
One reader, John Bray, even sent in this picture, of a close encounter believed to have taken place near the Eaton Oak pub in Eaton Socon.
Mr Bray, who lives in Eaton Socon, claims the photograph was taken by a friend of his in 1979. The friend kept the photograph to himself at first, fearing no one would believe him, but eventually confided in Mr Bray.
Mr Bray claims to have sent the photograph to a "UFO research centre" in Norfolk, who examined the image and could not find "anything wrong with it" to indicate that it wasn't genuine.
As well as Mr Bray's new evidence, the mystery of the UFO sighting in Norfolk Road has become a little clearer.
Sue Plows, of Lammas Gardens, Huntingdon, is the sister of the man involved in the sighting. She told The Hunts Post: "It all happened early one morning. We knew Dave wasn't making it up, we could tell. There were other people around who had seen the same things, and the dog - Pippa - was ill for days afterwards."
David, the fourth child of six, committed suicide in 1991 after a marriage breakdown.
Another reader, Alan Williams from Wyton, suggested that the markings on the side of the craft may have read VRWCON, rather than VAWCON.
Mr Williams says that this could be the registration number of an aircraft from Sarawak, which is now part of Malaysia.
Other readers to contact The Hunts Post included Sawtry woman Linda Ashton, who claimed her family had seen two silver discs fly over their house in Hull in 1976. Mrs Ashton said: "They were there one minute, gone the next. You tend not to make too much of it in case people think you are round the bend."
Eynesbury resident Gina wrote of an experience she had while living in Duxford in the 1970s. She recalls a "bluey-mauve" light enveloping her bedroom, her son, then 18, being scared by humming bright lights in a field.
Gina wrote: "If the spaceships do exist they are very intelligent. Does the intelligence sector of the Government know more than it will ever let on?

British Pilot, Passengers Say They Saw UFOs

By Aero News.net

Galactic Visitor, Or Greenhouse Reflection?
The BBC says a commercial airline pilot reported seeing two unidentified flying objects in the sky near Guernsey.4-26-07
Galactic Visitor, Or Greenhouse Reflection?
The pilot reportedly estimated the bright yellow flat discs were twice the size of a Boeing 737, and spotted them Monday, 12 to 15 miles north east of the island.
"This is not something you see every day of the week -- it was pretty scary," pilot Ray Bowyer said, adding he originally thought the sun was reflecting off greenhouses in Guernsey.
John Spencer, deputy chairman of the British UFO Research Association, says pilot UFO sightings have been reported since the 1940s, and generate excitement because pilots are trained observers. In Monday's case, the sightings were verified by passengers and other pilots in the area.
Of course, many UFO sightings are later dismissed as misidentified aircraft, weather balloons, or unknown natural phenomena. Britain's Ministry of Defense says it will not be carrying out an investigation in this particular case.
Still, Spencer tells the BBC you can't just dismiss them all.
"Such light effects are often popularly thought to represent alien visitors but many UFO researchers believe they more likely represent natural, atmospheric, phenomena not yet fully understood by science," he said.
"However, a similar encounter in 1978 over the Bass Straits in Australia, where the pilot was in radio contact with the ground throughout, resulted in the pilot never being heard from again, so these phenomena are important to study."
