meters from the 'little beach' of the old resort. Both friends had visited the spot with the intention having a drink, enjoying the landscape and listening to music around 3:30 a.m... All was normal, except for the wind becoming stronger at that time. But something flooded the car in a powerful white light. Everything inside the car turned off, including both people's cellphones. The car began to shake and move.

"It was a moment I don't care to relive ever. The car was parked but running due to the need for heat; the stereo was on, when suddenly that white light appeared right over my car. Everything lost power, even the cellphones. The car began to shake and a whistling sound could be heard, but not from the wind, it was due to something else. I don't know, I can't explain it properly. My friend couldn't get out of the car due to her nervousness; I opened the door and began to get out, but I was unable to keep my balance and I had to hop, as did my friend. We ran toward the trees, and when we looked at the light it turned off. A loud whistling sound could be heard along with the noise made by the car, as though it [the light] was falling. But I couldn't make out any shapes. The light was very bright, LED-type and gave off warmth. We waited under the trees for some 20 minutes and went back to the car, but it was dead - no battery. It took us around an hour to get it started by pushing. The cellphones were also dead," added the man, who did not want to give his name or his friend's name due to security concerns.

"Imagine if I file a report or give you my information. The first thing people will say is that we were either drunk or drugged. What we saw and experienced was not a joke, and was not pleasant."

Ultimas Noticias visited the site described by the person by nothing unusual was detected aside from the vehicle's tire marks, and the tire they left behind to mark the scene of the event.

We asked people on the river if activity of this sort was frequent in the area and all remarked something similar.

"A few years ago I was fishing with some friends and we saw a light that came out from behind the boardwalk. It rose high in the air and then descended, hanging over the river for a few seconds before disappearing," explained a fisherman.

"Here you'll find many people who have seen the lights. Many talk about them and others keep their experiences to themselves, but it's true that strange things are seen in this area," stated a man who was fishing with his family.

It all started in the early evening of that Tuesday night. It was about 6:30 p.m., and the winter sun was already long gone over the western horizon, past the great Wanaque Reservoir, and behind the darkened Ramapo mountain range.

Wanaque Patrolman Joseph Cisco was in his cruiser when a call from the Pompton Lakes dispatcher came over his police radio. It was a report of a “glowing light, possibly a fire.” Then as if right out of a sci-fi movie Cisco heard the words: “People in Oakland, Ringwood, Paterson, Totowa, and Butler claim there’s a flying saucer over the Wanaque.”

“I pulled into the sandpit, an open area to get my bearings,” Cisco recalls. “There was a light that looked bigger than any of the stars, about the size of a softball or volleyball. It was a pulsating, white, stationary light changing to red. It stayed in the air; there was no noise. I was trying to figure out what it was.”

Wanaque Mayor Harry T. Wolfe, Councilmen Warren Hagstrom and Arthur Barton, and the mayor’s 14-year-old son Billy were on their way to oversee the burning of the borough’s Christmas trees, when they heard the reports that something “very white, very bright, and much bigger than a star” was hovering over the Wanaque Reservoir.       An Alabama witness at Haleyville reported watching a silent, slow moving object with flashing lights that stopped and hovered over a neighbor's home while shining "a bright beam of white light" to the ground level beginning about 11:37 p.m. on May 21, 2013, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness had just stepped outside when the object was first seen as "very bright red and white flashing lights."

"This object was not high enough for a plane and there was no noise except crickets," the witness stated. "It moved slowly and the trees that it passed did not move at all. There was no ring of lights or any other lights on the object as far as I could see."

The object then stopped over a wooded area near a neighbor's home.

"A few seconds after it stopped a bright beam of white light appeared, blinding even though I was about a football field distance from it. This spotlight effect lasted for approximately 15-20 seconds and went off as quickly as it had come on."

As the spotlight went off, the red and white flashing lights returned.

"The object remained hovering for a few seconds and then exited right back the way it came. This is when I really got spooked because I know planes cannot go backwards. . . .

Tasmanian police and firefighters are unable to explain the source of a beam of light which reportedly fell from the sky and formed a circle of fire in a Hobart suburb.

     Early yesterday morning police and fire crews received calls from concerned residents in Carnegie Street at Claremont, who reported seeing a bright light igniting a fire in a nearby paddock.

Tasmania Fire Service officer Scott Vinen says the blaze was quickly put out, leaving an obvious burnt patch.

He says the bizarre incident has everyone baffled.

"Once we put the fire out, we kind of walked through the fire and tried to find something," he said.

"We thought a flare or something may have landed there, but we couldn't find any cause."

The Fire Service says it will not investigate further. . . .

Witness To Wanaque: The Greatest Mass UFO Sighting Never Told

     In the mid-1960s a UFO terrified a small New Jersey town. On a clear and cold mid-winter night, the community was infiltrated and “beamed upon” by rays that shot downward from a brilliant and eerie object. Over the decades the event has seemed to have faded from view for reasons that remain very murky. There are those who are no doubt very happy about this. But a closer examination of the event today reveals it to be the most credible and exceptional “mass sighting” of a UFO anywhere in all of human history. The sheer number of highly credible individuals who reported the sighting astounds.

More significantly, the event was apparently photographed by the frightened. These extremely rare, little-seen images are controversial, and they are shown here.

MY UFO EXPERIENCE: Object Seemed To Be Hovering and Emitted a Beam of Light

     I woke up on the morning of May 26th, 2010 around 4am. When I was getting a drink of water at my kitchen sink I noticed a super bright moon like appearance light above tree level. I went to the southern most doorway and looked out and the huge light was above tree level and was super bright. The object moved down and was then bright but it was only seen through the trees that are on the hill next to our home.

We had a fire to burn old brush piles along our driveway the afternoon before and it had caught a oil hose on fire that had burned all night. We also had a bulldozer working and had cleared a large area on top of the hill where the object appeared to be setting.

I was so amazed that this object went from above the tree’s as a “moon” to suddently being lower and me having to look at it through the tree’s that I couldn’t keep my eye’s off of it. It illuminated the whole top of the hill and then it was like a spotlight or beam of light shined to the north, northwest and you could see one side of all the trees in the woods. It was amazing and at the same time very scary because our home is built on the side of this hill.

The object then started shining this light or beam to the southeast and you could see nothing but darkness where 2 minutes before was illuminated to the northwest. Those tree’s that had a light shining on them were totally dark and the tree’s on the southeast side of the hill were illuminated.

I made sure all the doors were locked and was in an almost panic mode. I woke up my husband 3 times and he was groggy and so sleepy he said oh it was just the moon. I insisted that I’d seen it move from above the tree’s to lower and it appeared to be sitting or hovering just above ground. I couldn’t tell if it was hovering or not because all I could see was bright light and the illumination of the whole area before it then started shining a beam of light in one area then the other.

I watched it til it got light and I couldn’t see it anymore. I went up to the top of the hill as soon as I fixed my husbands breakfast and told him all about it again and again. I didn’t find anything on top of the hill other than the fresh dirt and tracks made by the bulldozier and trac hoe working to clean up an old oil well site.

I live south of Seminole, in a heavily wooded area.

Politician and Pilot Spot UFO in Meath

     The truth is out there - and if a police officer, a politician and a pilot are to be believed, aliens are keeping a close eye on us from above.

Dramatic eye-witness testimony was heard at a conference over the weekend which, delegates were told, provided "definitive" proof of recent UFO activity in the skies around north Dublin and Meath.

Footage, filmed on a camera phone at 10.35pm on August 3 near Dunboyne was also played and replayed to over 70 delegates who attended the fifth Irish International UFO conference in Carrick-on-Shannon.

The triangular shaped image, with lights at each point, which appeared to send a red laser-type light towards earth, drew gasps of amazement from the 70 or so delegates who attended the world premiere of the footage.

A senior garda officer who was driving when he noticed the unusual light formation in the sky stopped to film it.

"There is no footage like this in the world. It is the most amazing and spectacular I have ever seen," said Carl Nally, co-founder of UFO and Paranormal Research Ireland and joint author of 'Conspiracy of Silence'.

Five days earlier, on July 29, an off-duty pilot who photographed lightning from Howth pier just after midnight later noticed what appeared to be a triangular-shaped object to the right of the lightning fork in the developed image.

And Fianna Fail Town Councillor in Trim, Jimmy Peppard, ran indoors for a camera on August 8 when he spotted a triangular-shaped object measuring "about a mile in diameter" in the sky, where it remained static for about half an hour.

"What we have here is sightings of three objects east, west and south-east of Dublin airport, each five days apart by reliable and trained observers and even since I have arrived here I have received another image from a pilot," Mr Nally told the conference.

He later described the laser beam footage as the best footage on the planet and said it would be shown all over the world. "This is what the sceptics are crying out for. What all this footage has in common is that trained observers, honest people, took it. What better could you get than a senior garda, a politician and a pilot," he said.

He added that he would not rule out speculation that increased UFO activity in the north Dublin and Meath areas was linked to the road construction works near Tara. "We cannot rule this out as a possibility. We are talking about a very ancient sacred place," he said.

Ross Hemsworth, who presents a TV show on Sky which investigates the paranormal, said he would reserve judgment until he examined the footage more closely.

"There have been a lot of sightings in Ireland in a lot of strange places and the proximity to the digging of the motorway may have opened things up," he said.

Delegates at the two-day event, organised by Betty Meyler, President of the UFO Society of Ireland, otherwise immersed themselves in talk of orbs, luminosity, crop circles, alien abductions and star children. And ex-oilfield executive Ian Crane warned of plans for a fake alien invasion to be staged at the 2012 Olympics in London by the terrorists behind 9/11 and other atrocities, in their quest for global control.

For organiser Betty Meyler the conference provided an opportunity for like-minded people to come together and make friends. "Before, people were afraid to report sightings because they did not want to be thought of as 'cuckoo' but that has changed now," she said.
