THREE 'highly reliable' US government officials reported seeing TWO UFOs hovering near a train line, but their superiors covered the sightings up, it has emerged.
Formerly confidential files obtained by alien researchers detail the account given by senior senator Richard B Russell and two aides of seeing the "flying saucers" TAKE OFF.
At the time, Sen. Russell was on a Soviet-era train during a fact-finding mission to Russia, nearly 60 years ago.
Sen. Russell, was a former chairman of the Armed Services Committee and one of America's most influential senators until he died in 1971 after serving for 38 years.
Documents obtained by the Fund for UFO Research (FUFOR) said Sen. Russell was travelling with his two aides in the Transcaucasus region on October 4, 1955 at about 7 pm, when the incident occurred.
He is said to have looked out of the window and spotted two disc-shaped UFOs 'taking off' from a spot near the railway tracks.

Unknowns Entered Earth Orbit, Hover Over Former Soviet Union | MY UFO EXPERIENCE
This story of mine has been around -in- somewhat of Ufology, since about 1990, but in 2015, it's still fairly obscure.
So my name is Miss Simone Charisse Mendez, I am a female USAF veteran. I served active duty enlisted during the 1980's.
I was assigned to Nellis AFB in Nevada, to conduct cryptographic message center work, pertaining to certain satellites. One day, I came into possession of a printout carbon copy, which detailed how a cluster of unknowns entered earth orbit from outside the solar system, then 3 of them went into Moscow USSR and hovered around there, for about an hour, by their international airport area, and all this was tracked by NORAD and AWACS.
I had a reason at that time, which made me believe I could keep this carbon copy and not get found out and in trouble … but I got found out, and in trouble—tremendously so!
The AFOSI and FBI were treating me as a possible perpetrator of espionage, and from January 1982, to June, I was experiencing questionings, polygraphs, searches, and a hospitalization.
After July of 1982, my trouble completely ended; in 1983 through 1984, I was working in an un-sensitive job on that base, as if nothing weird and terrible, ever occurred.
At the beginning of all that investigation, I was told 'my' document was a fabrication. Which makes this incident so much more curious; that would be established before those months of inquisition, not near or at the end of it.
What influenced me to such risky decision, was that in the late 1970's, as a very young civilian in my hometown, I experienced several dramatic sightings, some, with a then-friend, and I made some detailed illustrations from memory, per my artistic propensity. The friend and I also experienced what could be surmised as 'MIBs'. A couple years ago or thereabouts, I submitted a sightings report to Peter Davenport's NUFORC, where it resides, for the record.
I left military service early in 1988 and went back to my home state. From there, in the early 1990's, I experienced another round of X-Files like occurrences. I had requested and received my federal files on the a fore mentioned UFO-trouble in 4 packages—it was/is quite revealing, surprisingly.
In October of 1990, a flurry of press articles appeared via miscellaneous sources, saying that my given name is a national security code word, they told some of President Bush's associates, following a session of "reverse speech." I know, that’s bizarre, and it's a bizarre 'coincidence.’
At that time -also-, a mysterious crop circle appeared in my area, and I have photos, of me and some then MUFONers in and about that formation.
In 1993, a film crew from the then-TV series 'Sightings', traveled from Los Angeles to interview me about my Air Force incident, and this visit was one whole long day, but I never heard\saw anything further, about the interview. I have (have kept) photos of that ordeal. I like to meticulously obtain and keep, hard documentation, of matters which would -otherwise- be wild yarns without such.

Nuclear Weapons Websites Are In Deep Denial About UFOs
Furthermore, KGB and Ministry of Defense documents released or leaked following the collapse of the U.S.S.R. verify that the Soviets also experienced such incursions at their nuclear facilities during the Cold War era.
In short, someone or something operating highly superior aerial craft has been monitoring and sometimes disrupting the functionality of American and Russian nuclear weapons for decades.
Moreover, the situation is quite current. According to U.S. Air Force missile maintenance technicians, a huge, cigar-shaped object was repeatedly sighted on October 23, 2010, as it maneuvered above F.E. Warren Air Force Base’s ICBM field. Coincidentally or not, on that date the base could not, for several hours, communicate with (or launch, had the need arisen) 50 of its Minuteman III missiles.

Over the past 38 years I have interviewed nearly 130 U.S. military veterans, most of whom were eyewitnesses to one or more UFO incursions at ICBM sites or Weapons Storage Areas (WSAs). Seven of those individuals spoke at my September 27, 2010 press conference in Washington D.C., which CNN streamed live.

In 2008, I published a detailed summary of the situation in my 600-page book, UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites, which is still available at my website.
In the three years following the book’s publication, I have attempted to interest various nuclear weapons-related websites in publishing articles on the topic of UFOs and nukes, to no avail. My emails to the hosts go unanswered and, with rare exceptions, the blog posts I submit are rejected by the moderators. In short, there is an effective information embargo on this subject at respectable websites where one would predict great interest and debate among the collective readership.
Why is this so? Why is the topic taboo? The information I provide to these websites is drawn either from the declassified documents themselves or based on the verbatim testimony of ex-military personnel who witnessed some of the events described in those files. These are persons who were once entrusted by the U.S. government to operate Weapons of Mass Destruction, who now assert that UFOs repeatedly monitored and sometimes disrupted those key weapons systems.
Surely this authoritative information would be of interest to the experts and laypersons who regularly opine on the many nukes-related sites. Or, at least, one would think so.
The websites in question span the full spectrum, from those sponsored by nuclear proponents, to ones run by disarmament advocates; from technically-oriented sites to philosophical forums. The groups include Bulletin of The Atomic Scientists, Ploughshares Fund, Arms Control Wonk, Nuclear Weapons Free, Citizens For Global Solutions, Nuke Watch New Mexico, The Utopian, Nuclear Age Peace Foundation—to name but a few. So far, all of these have responded to the topic of UFO activity at nuclear sites as they would the plague; it is something to be avoided at all costs.
Again, I ask: Why?
How ironic that these nuclear weapons interest groups endlessly discuss the ins-and-outs of the Nuclear Age—its birth, manifestations, consequences, possible outcomes—but have thus far steadfastly ignored a central element in its existence: According to the declassified files, outside observers, technically-advanced but apparently neither American nor Russian, have doggedly monitored the nuclear arms race and, according to the military witnesses themselves, intermittently injected themselves into its six-decades-long unfolding in a most disturbing and even shocking manner—on both sides of the ocean.
Granted, at the moment, one will not find this dramatic information in the history books. And, were it not for the existence of the Freedom of Information Act, the brave candor of the military veterans involved and, to a lesser degree, the dissolution of the Soviet regime, one would not have an opportunity to review the available data regarding UFOs’ longstanding interest in nuclear weapons.
The point, however, is that one does indeed have that opportunity, if one would only set aside the pervasive anti-UFO biases that currently exist, at least for a little while, just long enough to read a few of the documents and witness affidavits.
It is my hope that this brief exposé on the baffling impasse at the nuclear interest forums will prompt a few brave souls at Plowshares, et al, to come to grips with the reality of the situation and to permit a discourse on UFO activity at nuclear weapons facilities to appear at their websites in the future.

Area 51: Teen Commies from Outer Space
Driving to work earlier this week, I heard Terry Gross of Fresh Air (NPR) interview Annie Jacobsen about her new book, Area 51: An Uncensored History of America's Top Secret Military Base. Jacobsen is a national security reporter, which means she is used to facing stonewalling and secrecy and therefore well aware that she must triple-check her information. It all sounded like sober investigative reporting, until it got to the coda. Bear with me, grasshoppahs, because the truth is definitely way out there.. . .
. . . To UFO believers, Area 51 is also the facility that analyzed whatever crashed near Roswell in 1947. Which is where Jacobsen's theory comes in, backed by a single anonymous source. She proposes that the Roswell object was neither a weather balloon nor an alien spacecraft but a remotely flown Soviet craft based on prototypes by the Horten brothers, aircraft designers and Nazi party members. This part is old news, since this possibility was already considered in Cold War US investigations.
Jacobsen's addition (asserted with a completely straight face and demanding to be taken seriously) is that this craft contained "genetically/surgically altered" teenagers engineered by Josef Mengele at the command of that other monstrous Joseph, Stalin. The modifications had produced uniform results of "abnormally large heads and eyes" etc. The goal was to scare the US and weaken its defenses by a repetition of the panic created by Orson Welles' War of the Worlds 1938 broadcast.. . .

They were child victims of Nazi quack doctor Joseph Mengele, who was in cahoots with Soviet dictator Josef Stalin.

So anyway. Yeah, when I heard about how Annie Jacobsen’s Area 51: An Uncensored History of America’s Top Secret Military Base had solved the riddle, it was definitely refreshing because it made perfect sense. Stalin and Mengele conspiring to trigger a “War of the Worlds”-like panic in the U.S. by stuffing surgically deformed children into a captured Nazi Horten flying wing disguised as an ET spacecraft – that’d be just like something those two madcap yo-yos would do.
Jacobsen’s broader history of America’s murky military base is drawing kudos from the MSM, like the New York Times, whose reviewer offered only a minor caveat. The UFO stuff, she wrote, “is only a hasty sounding addendum to an otherwise straightforward investigative book” that “is liable to become best known for sci-fi provocation.”
Ya think?
“This whole Nazi thing, disfigured children — that’s not what people described to us,” Carey says from his home in Huntington Valley, Pa. “I guess if you’re a journalist, people tend to take your word more than if you’re not. But there’s just more crap that passes for journalism these days …”
Jacobsen is a contributing editor at the Los Angeles Times Magazine. The first bio blurb that pops up on a Google search is a reference on the reality-check Web site Snopes.
In 2004, Jacobsen wrote a first-person piece called “Terror in the Skies — Again?” stemming from her Detroit-to-LA flight in which 14 suspicious looking Middle Eastern men caused her to think maybe they were rehearsing for a skyjacking. Federal air marshals would identify the men as Syrian musicians bound for a legitimate gig in San Diego. No arrests were made. The feds said Jacobsen not only overreacted, but her behavior was “in danger of panicking other passengers and creating a larger problem on the plane.” A review of Jacobsen’s article by the online magazine Salon called it “six pages of the worst grade-school prose, spring-loaded with mindless hysterics and bigoted provocation.”
Ahh whatever. The Stalin-Mengele-Roswell thing is cool.
