UFO Near Mexico City Caught on Video (Cprd) 1-12-14

A man south of Mexico City has captured a UFO on three separate videos in one day. Two of the videos are during the day, and one is at night, although it is unknown whether they are all the same object.

Jesus Correa posted the videos on January 12, 2014. He says he caught them earlier in the day. The first two videos show an object floating around the sky during the day. The object appears to be shiny and elliptical. It moves slowly, but unsteadily, as if it may be floating in the wind.

The object is not shaped like a typical balloon, although its movements are also not outside of what a floating balloon is capable of. . . .

UFOs captured during filming of Mexican film

At dawn on July 29, 1977 many people on land as well as aircraft crews witnessed the sighting.

MERIDA, Yucatan. - One of the most famous UFO cases around the country has been the spaceships that were incidentally captured by cameramen who were filming a movie. At dawn on July 29, 1977, dozens of people in the federal district could see three lights flying at high speed, which flew from south to north.

That was the first report of the sighting. Also Mexican workers on top of a building reported seeing the UFOs.

It is noteworthy that newspapers/magazines monitored the case, from inception to completion alleging "Alien Contacts" and "Doubt."

Also known, almost 90% of Mexicans at that time are on the way to work, and taking into account the size of Mexico City, the number of witnesses to the UFOs on July 29, would most likely be at least in the hundreds.

From the airport, which for years has been the nerve center of observation and monitoring of the Mexico Valley area—that morning was no exception. According to a report, the Commander of the Airport was put on notice of the UFO events over Mexico City.

What They Saw

But what did people see, exactly? 99% of the witnesses claimed to have seen three silver glowing spheres; they were moving very fast in the sky and left behind a kind of wake.

For the witnesses to the phenomenon, it was clear that what they observed was not a plane or a helicopter, or a meteor, much less a Russian booster rocket as a skeptic proclaimed.

It’s important to note that UFO activity took place not only within the city and its surroundings; UFO sightings were reported throughout that week and before in other areas. Several newspapers reported that on other days there were similar reports in Cordoba, Veracruz.

The additional reports indicated that there were a total of “7 UFOs” which left a luminous trail. Local residents first indicated that there were three, but later joined by four more.

. . . Within the history of the UFO phenomenon, never before have so many written and broadcast so much time and space on the subject. Even the Television newscast Hoy Mismo hosted by Guillermo covered the events (before internet or social networks).

Mexico City: UFOs Photographed During Blackout

On Tuesday, December 11, 2007, dozens of districts in the Mexican capital and some municipalities in the state of Mexico were affected by a 25-minute blackout. According to reports, the causes were simultaneous explosions in three electric power stations.

Reports from the Ministry of Civil Protection indicate that said explosions, whose causes are still unknown, took place at the substations of the Nonoalco and Tlatelolco plants, as well as the one located in Ecatepec.

The incident was reported at 23:30 hours and people living next to the Tlatelolco Unit stated that they heard loud explosions within the plant shortly before the blackout, which in turn caused several flashes. The possibility of a terrorist attack against the facilities of the Luz y Fuerza company has been officially discarded.

This information was obtained from the El Universal newspaper, where the picture taken by Valente Rosas was published, showing a luminous object over the skies of the nation's capital during the blackout.

While the use of pyrotechnics around this date are common due to the feast of the Virgin of Guadalupe, the structure does not correspond to that of fireworks, in my opinion, due to its size and morphology. In any event, I think that the possibility of an airplane with a sweeping effect must also be dismissed.

Until contact can be made with the newspaper's photographer and more information offered, it should be noted that two possible UFO sightings occurred that day: the first in the Coapa area to the south of the city, and the second toward the airport.

UFO Over Mexico City (A) 12-11-07
I had a personal sighting at 11:30 at night as I drove along Avenida de los Cien Metros in the Gustavo A. Madero district. What I saw, in the company of my family, was an object made up of two shining lights, resembling the planet Mars, but double--one sphere above and another below, both of them very large and shiny, traveling at relatively low altitude. The object remained static. It was, however, difficult to capture it on video due to the motion of the car and the impossibility of pulling over on an expressway.

It should be noted that this is not the first time that the UFO phenomenon is linked to blackouts in Mexico. Renowned researcher Pedro Ferriz states that then-president Luis Echeverria told him that he and his wife were witnesses to a sighting during the blackouts in Cuernavaca, Morelos, on September 23, 1965, describing the object as similar to a mechanical pencil. The president added that they were in the company of Amalia Hernandez, founder of the Ballet Folklorico de Mexico.

Do UFOs cause blackouts? We really don't know. Those who support this theory opine that UFOs exert powerful electromagnetic influences, particularly near power stations.
