Airways flight, call sign Speedbird94, contacted Shannon Air Traffic Control (ATC) to ask if there were military exercises taking place in the airspace through which her Boeing 787 was passing.

There were no military exercises underway.

Shannon ATC replied: “There is nothing showing on either primary or secondary [radar].”

The pilot responded: “OK. It was moving so fast.”

The controller then asked: “Alongside you?”

The BA pilot, flying from Montreal to Heathrow, describes how the UFO came up along the left-hand side of the aircraft, “then rapidly veered to the north”.

Seahorse-Shaped UFO Shines Over Belfast (VIDEO)

     A UFO described as a hovering, revolving, reflecting question mark or seahorse has been videotaped over Belfast in northern Ireland.

While the exact sighting date isn't mentioned, the UFO is described as an entity in a Sept. 15 YouTube posting by someone who identifies himself as "Bap."

"I filmed this strange entity slowly moving west, behind the Cavehill [a hill that overlooks the city of Belfast]," Bap reported. "The thing looked like it had legs at one point, then just at the end, you will see it seems to double up the image." . . .

     London: Ireland is a hotspot for alien activity and pilots in the country have risked death to avoid spacecraft crashes, UFO experts have claimed.

Carl Nally, founder of UFO and Paranormal Research Ireland, revealed that he has spoken with Irish pilots who have had near misses.

He claimed that they've met several pilots who have come into contact with the UFOs, the Sun reported.

"Most of them say that, as they were coming in to land, they were diverted around this cloud, which had a solid object inside it," the paper quoted him as saying.

One aircraft was even damaged.

Nally said that a detective got footage of a triangular-shaped flying object shooting beams into the ground in Dunboyne, Co Meath, on his mobile phone.

Nally and fellow UFO enthusiast Dermot Butler, with whom he founded UPRI in 1998, also reckon the Tuskar Rock air tragedy 45 years ago was caused by aliens. . . .

     There have been four confirmed sightings of UFOS in Ireland so far this year, according to a report from UFO Info, one of the most authentic websites on the issue.

The four were all accepted by the UFO Info body as legitimate sightings. Three were seen in May, all not far distant from each other, the fourth was seen in February.
