"... it's a continuum from corporeal bipedal type life to what I would consider sentient plasmoid life. But there are several [species] that the US government is aware of."

During the June 9, 2026 UAP/NHI press conference on Capitol Hill, former US Air Force officer and intelligence official David Grusch made a remarkable statement regarding the US government’s secret acknowledgment of the existence of sentient non-human entities. When a reporter asked how many alien types have been identified, Grusch said matter-of-factly: “I don’t have the compendium [that I can present to you today, however,] it's a continuum from corporeal bipedal type life to what I would consider sentient plasmoid life. But there are several [species] that the US government is aware of.”

A search for “plasmoid life”, utilizing Google’s Gemini AI, yields the following information:

A plasmoid is a self-contained, glowing magnetic structure of plasma (the fourth state of matter). In both UAP/UFO discussions and science fiction, plasmoids are often speculated to be non-biological, energy-based extraterrestrial lifeforms or atmospheric "critters" that exist independently of carbon and DNA.

34 Government Officials Break 80-Year UFO Cover-Up

The Age of Disclosure - www.theufochronicles

"The documentary asserts that an extensive, 80-year cover-up has obscured government knowledge of advanced nonhuman intelligence (NHI) and, perhaps more significantly, reverse-engineering efforts involving technology recovered from crash sites."

A Landmark Moment for Transparency

In a rare display of bipartisan unity, members of Congress recently gathered to witness one of the most significant documentary screenings in modern legislative history. "The Age of Disclosure," (ad) a film featuring 34 current and former high-

ranking government, military, and intelligence officials, represents a watershed moment in the decades-long struggle to bring transparency to the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) issue. The congressional screening signals that the once-stigmatized topic of UFOs has transcended the realm of fringe theories and entered the halls of serious policy discussion.

UFO Whistleblower Goes Public – Immaculate Constellation

UFO Whistleblower Goes Public – Immaculate Constellation - www.theufochronicles.com

"... there were satellite images or satellite image of a football fieldsized flying saucer hiding in clouds"

In 2024, an enigmatic term began to percolate among a small group of UAP investigators. The name was "Immaculate Constellation." Anyone who dared to even utter that term would
By Weaponized

put their own lives at risk, according to persons familiar with the program. "ImCon”, the abbreviated version of the term, was brought to the attention of Congress. Members were told it was a cover term for an Unacknowledged Special Access Program housed within the executive branch, specifically under the control of the White House. ImCon was supposedly a highly secretive program that relied on artificial intelligence to secretly scour classified servers used by the U.S. military and its intelligence agencies to search for and snatch images of UAP encounters.

A report about ImCon, written by an unknown policy advisor, was provided to Congress by Jeremy Corbell months prior to the start of a 2024 public hearing before a House subcommittee. The anonymous author of the report, who had been surreptitiously introduced to key House members by Corbell, had indicated he was willing to testify if requested to do so. A very curious series of events unfolded at the hearing, but in the end, the source of the Immaculate Constellation report was largely ignored, and the origin of the report itself was grossly distorted by members. A spokesperson for the Pentagon denied that any program by that name had ever existed within the Department of Defense.

After many months of excruciating discussion and debate, the author of the ImCon report is now ready to reveal what he knows, how he knows it, and who he is. ...

Interview with Whistleblower, Mathew Brown
Conducted by Jermey Corbell and George Knapp

[...]

Jeremy: Is it ironic you have to put your face out with us to protect yourself at that at this point, that's what we're doing right?

Mathew: Yeah.

Jeremy: That's what we're doing.

Mathew: This is absolutely what I uh did not want to do.

George: You've worked in secret programs you've got clearances you've made oaths that you would keep secrets um let's talk about secrecy and the UAP topic shouldn't it be secret to some degree i mean we have uh there's a race for the technology to try to understand it we have adversary nations who'd love to get it ahead of us why not keep this stuff secret?

Mathew Brown: Well if it was just technology that we are worried about protecting and maintaining a military advantage uh you know there's strong arguments to be made and have successfully been made for decades in this country that the American leadership and American people seem to be finding acceptable to be left in the dark about you know where science technology and their military is taking them this isn't just technology this isn't something somebody came up with in a lab and it's sensitive because once the cats have the bag anybody can do it fundamentally this comes from and is secondary to the what we've been told is the biggest question which is is humanity alone the answer is no uh and the secrecy that has been defended uh is at the cost of in my mind human dignity freedom and progress and it is no longer permissible or acceptable in my mind to uh to continue this course to deprive another generation of not just Americans but humanity of their birthright to know who they are where they came from and what's with us.

George: Could you give us a general description of the size of the secrecy apparatus, you know we're going to drill down into this of course about IMCON [Imacualte Constellation] um in one particular uh facet of the secrecy that you came across and other parts of i,t but how big of a secrecy apparatus is it? How many stove pipes are there? How many people are involved in different ways of keeping this secret, confusing the public, lying to Congress, lying to the world?

Mathew Brown: Simply put it's a parallel reality ... um ... the secrecy apparatus ... uh... is all pervasive. It is not just in the intelligence community governing their world, it's not just in the military protecting their operations, it's not protecting diplomats and leaders as they conduct their work sometimes in very dangerous places. It has been allowed to corrupt and infest every aspect of our society uh to serve the interests and whims of a very elite select few.

George: And it's been used to intimidate threaten destroy the lives of people like yourselves who have been doing their job keeping their oaths trying to protect their country being true to humanity and and have paid prices for it.

Mathew Brown: Absolutely!

Securing the Skies: Addressing Unauthorized Drone Activity Over U.S. Military Installations – Congressional Hearing

Securing the Skies - Addressing Unauthorized Drone Activity Over U.S. Military Installations – Congressional Hearing - www.theufochronicles.com

Hearing Wrap Up: Swift Action Needed to Address Unauthorized Drone Activity Over U.S. Military Installations

WASHINGTON—Yesterday, the Subcommittee on Military and Foreign Affairs held a hearing on “Securing the Skies: Addressing Unauthorized Drone Activity Over U.S. Military Installations.” During the hearing, members discussed how drone incursions over military installations have increased in frequency, posing a

significant threat to U.S. national security. Members noted that while multiple federal agencies share responsibility for countering drone threats, no single entity has clear authority over deterrence, leaving U.S. military sites exposed to surveillance, espionage, or potential weaponization. Subcommittee Chairman William Timmons (R-S.C.) and Ranking Member Suhas Subramanyam (D-Va.) pledged to work together to find solutions to enhance military security and counter aerial threats.

Key Takeaways:

The unauthorized use of drones threatens our national security. Ineffective policies and difficulties distinguishing threats from recreational usage leave military installations vulnerable to exploitation by hostile nations and entities.

• Subcommittee Chairman Timmons noted in his opening statement, “These incursions are not from hobbyists being blown off course. The multitude of drones reported flying over bases in the past several years to yield a coordinated effort by our adversaries to collect valuable intelligence and surveillance of some of our most sensitive military equipment. These incursions often are designed to disrupt important trainings and create chaos.”

• Rear Admiral Spedero Jr.—Vice Director of Operations, J3, Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Department of Defense—testified “Now, being able to discern hostile intent and hostile act, as referred to in the opening comments may be very challenging, as is negligent activity being conducted by someone just flying a drone irresponsibly, whether that is a recreational enthusiast, or it is someone that’s using a drone for commercial aspects. So, it can be a challenge here in the homeland to determine that.”

Adversaries exploit gaps and shortages in U.S. defense capabilities, using drones for surveillance, intelligence gathering, and potential attacks, even along the southern border.

• Rear Admiral Spedero acknowledged technological disparities in drone detection that create vulnerable gaps, saying, “In general, the technology to field systems has far outpaced the technology to defeat those systems. It’s a much wider, broader, deeper market for drone application, for commercial and recreational purposes, so hence that technology has evolved very quickly from radio control drones to now fully autonomous drones that may or may not even rely on reception of a GPS signal, which would make it very challenging to intercept.”

• Rep. John McGuire (R-Va.) pointed out that adversaries near the southern border are using drones to observe Border Patrol operations, and that implementation of 10 U.S.C. 130i to safely conduct those operations without drone surveillance is absent.

Strong leadership and swift action are necessary to mitigate the threat, strengthen military readiness, reinforce U.S. deterrence against drones, and provide answers to the American people.

• Mark Roosevelt Ditlevson—Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Hemispheric Affairs, U.S. Department of Defense—suggested solutions to improve the U.S. response to drones in his opening statement. “You can’t defeat what you can’t see. On the legislative front, we continue to engage with members of Congress to seek modest but important refinements to do these counter UAS authorities under section 130i. Our legislative proposal is intended to allow the department to protect additional locations and missions, add greater stability for long-term planning and resources allocation within the department, and facilitate improved understanding and cooperation among U.S. interagency and local partners.”

• He explained that the Department of Defense is looking to streamline its processes so commanders would know what authority they have to respond to drone threats.

The Pentagon's New UFO, UAP Report is Taken to the Woodshed

The Pentagon's New UFO, UAP Report is Taken to the Woodshed - www.theufochronicles.com

"... this is the most error-ridden and unsatisfactory government report I can recall reading during or after decades of government service. We all make mistakes, but this report is an outlier in terms of inaccuracies and errors. Were I reviewing this as a graduate student’s thesis it would receive a failing grade for failing to understand the assignment, sloppy and inadequate research, and flawed interpretation of the data."

Last month the U.S. government’s new UAP investigation office, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), submitted a report to Congress entitled, “Report on the Historical Record of U.S. Government Involvement with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena”
By Chris Mellon
thedebrief.org
4-12-2024
(UAP, the new term for UFO). This new report is itself anomalous for several reasons.

First, who ever heard of a government report being submitted months before it was due? Especially one so rife with embarrassing errors in desperate need of additional fact-checking and revision? Was AARO Director Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick rushing to get the report out the door before departing, perhaps to ensure that his successor could not revise or reverse some of the report’s conclusions?

Second, this appears to be the first AARO report submitted to Congress that the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) did not sign off on. I don’t know why, but Avril Haines and her Office were quite right not to in this case, having spared themselves considerable embarrassment in the process.

Third, this is the most error-ridden and unsatisfactory government report I can recall reading during or after decades of government service. We all make mistakes, but this report is an outlier in terms of inaccuracies and errors. Were I reviewing this as a graduate student’s thesis it would receive a failing grade for failing to understand the assignment, sloppy and inadequate research, and flawed interpretation of the data. Hopefully, long before it was submitted, the author would have consulted his or her professor and received some guidance and course correction to prevent such an unfortunate outcome.

Department of Defence UFO Dossier: A Glimpse into the Unidentified

Department of Defence UFO Dossier - A Glimpse into the Unidentified - www.theufochronicles.com

Following in the footsteps of other countries re transparency regarding unidentified aerial phenomena UAP or UFO’s, Australia’s Department of Defence has released a 10-page dossier detailing its communications and stance on UFOs. This release was prompted
By The UFO Chronicles
4-11-2024
by a Freedom of Information (FOI) request and includes documents created between July and October 2023.

The dossier seemingly reveals that the Australian Defence has not actively monitored reports of UFOs since 1996, citing a lack of “scientific or other compelling reason for … investigation of UAP or UFO.” The documents state that “The Defence Aviation Safety Authority and Civil Aviation Safety Authority already serve this function across flight safety issues and apparatus exist for concerns regarding National security.”

Interestingly, the dossier also references the US-based All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) within the United States Department of Defense and continues to monitor their reports. It emphasizes that AARO “found no credible evidence thus far of extra-terrestrial activity, off-world technology, or objects that defy the known laws of physics.”

The release of this dossier albeit lackluster, adds Australia to a list of countries, including the United States, UK, France, Canada, Uruguay, Brazil, Sweden et al, which have disclosed their investigations or involvement into the perplexing UFO phenomenon. It reflects a growing, re-newed legitimacy and public interest in UAPs, especially after the United States Congress made annual national intelligence reports on UAPs mandatory.

UFOs, UAP: AARO's Official Report on the Historical Record of Government Investigation

UFOs, UAP - AARO's Report on the Historical Record of Government Investigation Graphic by www.theufochronicles.com

Report on the Historical Record of U.S. Government Involvement
with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP)

Volume I
February 2024

"AARO found no evidence that any USG investigation, academic-sponsored research, or official review panel has confirmed that any sighting of a UAP represented extraterrestrial technology."

This report represents Volume I of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office’s (AARO) Historical Record Report (HR2) which reviews the record of the United States Government (USG)
By AARO
Feb. 2024
pertaining to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). In completing this report, AARO reviewed all official USG investigatory efforts since 1945, researched classified and unclassified archives, conducted approximately 30 interviews, and partnered with Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) officials responsible for controlled and special access program oversight, respectively. AARO will publish Volume II in accordance with the date established in Section 6802 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23); Volume II will provide analysis of information acquired by AARO after the date of the publication of Volume I.

Since 1945, the USG has funded and supported UAP investigations with the goal of determining whether UAP represented a flight safety risk, technological leaps by competitor nations, or evidence of off-world technology under intelligent control. These investigations were managed and implemented by a range of experts, scientists, academics, military, and intelligence officials under differing leaders—all of whom held their own perspectives that led them to particular conclusions on the origins of UAP. However, they all had in common the belief that UAP represented an unknown and, therefore, theoretically posed a potential threat of an indeterminate nature.

AARO’s mission is similar to that of these earlier organizations. AARO methodology applies both the scientific method and intelligence analysis tradecraft to identify and help mitigate risks UAP may pose to domain safety and to discover, characterize, and attribute potential competitor technological systems.

A consistent theme in popular culture involves a particularly persistent narrative that the USG—or a secretive organization within it—recovered several off-world spacecraft and extraterrestrial biological remains, that it operates a program or programs to reverse engineer the recovered technology, and that it has conspired since the 1940s to keep this effort hidden from the United States Congress and the American public.

AARO recognizes that many people sincerely hold versions of these beliefs which are based on their perception of past experiences, the experiences of others whom they trust, or media and online outlets they believe to be sources of credible and verifiable information. The proliferation of television programs, books, movies, and the vast amount of internet and social media content centered on UAP-related topics most likely has influenced the public conversation on this topic, and reinforced these beliefs within some sections of the population.

The goal of this report is not to prove or disprove any particular belief set, but rather to use a rigorous analytic and scientific approach to investigate past USG-sponsored UAP investigation efforts and the claims made by interviewees that the USG and various contractors have recovered and are hiding off-world technology and biological material. AARO has approached this project with the widest possible aperture, thoroughly investigating these assertions and claims without any particular pre-conceived conclusion or hypothesis. AARO is committed to reaching conclusions based on empirical evidence.

Lastly, AARO thanks all participants in this review who include the interviewees who came forward with information.

theorists and science deniers. By any name, UFOs or unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) conjure the most vivid images and plots allowed by Hollywood and novels alike. Who doesn’t want to believe?

However, reality, as inconvenient as it can be, remains fundamental. In 2022 Congress found the courage to put into law the creation of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), jointly managed by the Department of Defense and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). Its mission is quite straightforward. Apply an unbiased scientific method and intelligence tradecraft to review existing information and data on historical UAP and investigate new data as these are provided to the office from military, federal, state and local entities as well as private citizens.

"... belief in a statement is directly proportional to the volume in which it is transmitted and the number of times it is repeated, not the actual facts."

Carl Sagan popularized the maxim that “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.” This advice should not be optional for policy makers. In today’s world of misinformation, conspiracy driven decision-making and sensationalist-dominated governance,

our capacity for rational, evidence-based critical thinking is eroding, with deleterious consequences for our ability to effectively deal with multiplying challenges of ever increasing complexity.

As director of the Department of Defense’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), charged by Congress in 2022 to help bring science-based clarity and resolution to the long-standing mystery surrounding credible observations of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), also known as UFOs, I experienced this erosion up close and personal. And it was one factor in my decision to step down from my position last December. After painstakingly assembling a team of highly talented and motivated personnel and working with them to develop a rational, systematic and science-based strategy to investigate these phenomena, our efforts were ultimately overwhelmed by sensational but unsupported claims that ignored contradictory evidence yet captured the attention of policy makers and the public, driving legislative battles and dominating the public narrative.

It’s Time for UFO, UAP Whistle-Blowers to Show Their Cards

It’s Time for UFO, UAP Whistle-Blowers to Show Their Cards by www.theufochronicles.com

"There is no better time, in other words, for anyone who has documentary proof to figure out how to be a hero of disclosure and democracy. If you have the goods and you want the public to know more and if you think the Schumer push for transparency has been fatally wounded (as many U.F.O. believers seem to think), then this is the hour to bring your secrets forward."

Last week on the Senate floor, two senators rose to express disappointment with the House of Representatives. This was by itself routine enough, but the senators, Mike Rounds, Republican of South Dakota, and the New York Democrat and majority leader,
By Ross Douthat
The New York Times
12-16-23
Chuck Schumer weren’t complaining about Ukraine funding or border policy. They were complaining that the House was impeding transparency on U.F.O.s.

The back story, for those who don’t follow every twist of what we’re now supposed to call the unidentified anomalous phenomenon (U.A.P.) debate, is that the National Defense Authorization Act, on Schumer’s instigation, included provisions to establish a presidential commission with the power to declassify a broad swath of records related to U.A.P.s, modeled on the panel that did similar work with President John F. Kennedy’s assassination.

But this disclosure effort was watered down by some House Republicans, making it more of a collection effort by the National Archives, with a weaker mandate to declassify and release.

As ever with this issue, the Senate discussion of these developments veered from the banal to the superweird. One moment, Rounds was talking as if the whole legislative effort was just an attempt to “dispel myths and misinformation about U.A.P.s” — sunlight as a disinfectant for conspiracy theories. The next, he was complaining that the House had stripped out a requirement that the government reclaim “any recovered U.A.P. material or biological remains that may have been provided to private entities in the past and thereby hidden from Congress and the American people.” Which is an odd thing to emphasize if you don’t think there’s a possibility that, say, Lockheed Martin is keeping something strange inside its vaults.

New Commission to Declassify ‘Documents About UFOs And Extraterrestrial Matters’?

Graphic by www.theufochronicles.com for the aricle, New Commission to Declassify ‘Documents About UFOs And Extraterrestrial Matters’?

Senator Chuck Schumer of New York, the majority leader, is pushing legislation to create a commission with broad authority to declassify government documents about U.F.O.s and extraterrestrial matters, in an attempt to force the government to share all that it knows about unidentified phenomena.

The measure offers the possibility of pushing back against the conspiracy theories that surround discussions of U.F.O.s and fears that the government is hiding critical information from the public.
