UPDATE: Attorneys Postpone Romanek Trial

A 53-year-old Loveland man charged with possessing and distributing child pornography will no longer face a jury this month. Instead, attorneys on Stanley Romanek's case postponed the trial until March. ... ... Romanek is facing a Class 4 felony charge of possessing more than 20 video items that depict sexual exploitation of children and a Class 3 felony charge of distributing those materials.

FORT COLLINS — A Loveland man charged with possession and distribution of child pornography pleaded not guilty to both charges Tuesday morning at the Larimer County Justice Center in Fort Collins.
