My family was celebrating my granddaughters birthday on August 20, 2011, when her father, called us outside to witness a sphere shaped object in the sky, flying south to north over Shirley, New York. My daughter also saw this object that changed dircetions and went east over the calabro airport then disappeared. It was gone by the time the rest of us got out there.

At first we thought it might have been an airplane that was on fire, but it just disappeared. It didn't crash. We guessed it might have been a hot air balloon, or a chinese latern, but my children kept saying no.

About 5 minutes later, we were again called outside and 10 of us observed a sphere shaped object, looking to us about the size of a tennis ball flying south to north. It is impossible to say how big this sphere really was, but an airplane had flown over head, after the first sighting and that appeared to be the size of a toy airplane, this object was closer then that plane was.

It appeared to be on fire, changing shape from round to oval, it looked to be almost spinning. No other shapes were noted around it. No strings or balloons were attached. It continued to fly south to north for about 2 minutes then changed directions to east heading over the airport then 20 seconds later it just disappeared.

We were all very excited and confused as to what it could have been. We tried to record it on two cell phones the first only recorded blank sky and the other kept shutting off and would not work at all until after the object disappeared, then it worked fine.

There were plenty of stars in the sky that night and this object was larger and brighter then all of them. It really appeared to be on fire.

MY UFO EXPERIENCE:Multiple Black Spheres Reported

UFO Illustration By Witness

About ten years ago at my moms house in pagosa springs colorado at about 4pm myself, my sister, my mom, and my nephew saw two UFOs in the sky. My sister is the one that actually brought it to our attention.

The UFOs appeared to be be black spheres assembled together in rough rectangular shapes with one of the UFOs having a "flagella-like" protusion of black spheres extending from the top middle part of the 'rectangle'.

Attached is a "drawing" of what the UFOs looked like. None of us had a camera but we did have binoculars which we used to try and distingusih more detail about the black blobs in the sky - however when we looked throught the binoculars at the UFOs they seemed futher away that when viewing them with the naked eye.

It freaked us all out and we watched the UFOs until we could no longer see them - about an hour. The UFOs moved very languidly as if they were in water. The flagella protrusion from the rectangular shaped UFO seemed to undulate very slowly as
if it was 'feeling' about.

Four 'UFOs' Spotted in Skies Over Town

UFOs Over Bury St Edmunds
By Bury Free Press
4-26-07

Strange spheres have been seen flying in the skies of Bury St Edmunds this week.

A resident phoned police after seeing four black spheres flying in formation over the Howard estate and out towards Fornham St Martin.

A police spokeswoman said the sighting was reported at around 9.30am on Saturday, but they have received no further calls.

The police have now passed on the information to the Ministry of Defence.

An MoD spokeswoman said: "We have received a report that says four black spheres were seen flying over Bury St Edmunds at 9.27am on April 21, 2007. The report was passed to us by Ipswich police.

"Unless there is corroborating evidence to suggest that the UK's airspace may have been compromised by a hostile or unauthorised foreign military aircraft, the MoD does not investigate or seek to provide a precise explanation for each of the 200-300 'UFO' reports we receive each year.

"We believe it is possible that rational explanations, such as aircraft lights or natural phenomena, could be found for them, but it is not the function of the MoD to provide this kind of aerial identification service.

"We could not justify expenditure of public funds on investigations which go beyond our specific defence remit."

The sighting comes just months after an alleged incident involving jets from RAF Lakenheath.

It is claimed that military air traffic control contacted the jets to intercept a UFO on January 12 – but air traffic control denied making the call, while the MoD claimed it could have been part of a weather balloon.
