LIVE SIGHTING REPORTS BY MUFON
It's pretty apparent to me that it IS a weather balloon. Looks just like ones that you see on the UFO dis-info sites like when they are trying to do Roswell dis-info stuff. Not sure what to say but looks like a weather balloon to me. Sorry.

It looks exactly like a high altitude balloon to me... I guess that's what it really is then.

The high majority of UFO reports post investigation can be attributed to a conventional explanation. This happens to be one of the obvious ones (IMHO). TUFOC in part reflects what the mainstream press airs re Ufology, and finally having a large data base of IFO's is a valuable tool in discerning true unknowns.
