     Hi Frank, My name is Xxx Xxxxx, I am 51 years old and had a UFO encounter along with my then wife Xxxxxx back in approximately 1992, 93 or 94. I am not sure of the exact year or month (possibly September or October).It was late summer or fall.To start with I was born in Odessa, Texas and I have lived here all of my life except for 11 years when I lived in Gardenale, Texas with Xxxxxx which is about 15 miles to the north.

It was during this time that We saw the UFO(s). We were driving home from being in Odessa and the time was approximately 8-10 pm at night. We were driving home on FM 1554 possibly about halfway home when we saw it (them ?). It was a very dark night, I do not remember a moon being out. Any we were driving north when we saw these two sets of red lights in two triangle formations moving from west to east very low and very slow. I remember being awestruck and immediately pulled the car over and Denise and I got out of the car to get a better look at the lights. As I stated and it seems to me that there were two objects, two sets of red lights in a triangle shape, but because it was so dark out we could not make out any possible shape of the craft or object.

We were standing outside the car as they passed right over us. The Altitude of the object(s) seemed to be very low, I would guess at less than 500 feet. I could almost swear that I could have hit them with a rock as they passed over us going towards the east. There was absolute quiet no noise at all as I even think I had turned off the car. I was in total awe at what we saw and had never seen it or anything like it since. (I have seen some other strange lights in the sky over the years but they were always far away or at high altitude.) Other than telling friends and family I have never spoke much about it. Midland, Texas is about 20 miles to the east and Midland international airport is about halfway (10 miles) also in an easterly direction. Even though I wasn't sure what they were, I thought that maybe they were some kind of Black ops helicopters or some other military aircraft as they seemed to be heading towards the airport. We watched until they were out of sight and continued on home.

Ever since then I have believed in UFO and the subject has always held my interest.I like many others believe that the gov't. knows way more than they have been telling us. I truly believe that we are on the cusp of the gov't. finally acknowledging what they know about UFOs.

Anyway the whole point of this e-mail is until recently I have never seen any other reports on this type of sighting.I was watching a show on UFOs ,I think it was on the national geographic or history channel,but there it was the EL Cajon triangle. Since then I have found footage on youtube and other than the lights are arranged differently (the ones I saw had one red light on top and two more below and best of my memory they were equally spaced.) Also even though there was no definite shape to these objects I feel like this was their orientation.

One of my questions is what is the earliest known sighting of this type? Because until I found out about the El Cajon triangle I have never seen this one reported.

My next question is if there is a known aircraft with this light arrangement, I would like to know.

     The Air Force is in a pickle. It can’t refute the seven veterans who told a National Press Club audience on Monday that UFOs had been surveilling and even disabling portions of America’s nuclear missile arsenal since the 1960s. Not without calling these guys liars. And maybe even having to conduct prosecutions for security-oath violations. So on Tuesday, it resorted to the old buzz-off gimmick that’s always worked before.

“This is what our position is,” said Vicki Stein on the Air Force press desk at the Pentagon. “And we’re standing by it.”

She e-mailed De Void a rigid “fact sheet” that hasn’t switched gears since 1969, the same one that retired USAF captain Robert Salas held up as a fraud Monday afternoon. Last reissued in 2005, the press release informs taxpayers that “No UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force was ever an indication of threat to our national security.”

No need to rehash the details of yesterday’s press conference here; De Void has written about the subject before, and the testimony is all over the Internet now. After he and his colleagues — including a former base commander, and combat crew commander, and a missile-targeting officer — finished up, Salas charged the same document “is clearly misleading, it is false, based on our testimonies.”

Unpolished, a tad nervous, often reading from prepared statements, their names — Charles Halt, Robert Jamison, Jerry Nelson, Patrick McDonough, Bruce Fenstermacher, Dwynne Arneson and Salas — deserve to be mentioned again because what they did took stones. Not only did they contradict the longstanding policy of the agency responsible for their pensions, with nothing to gain they stood up to face a glib media ensemble which has proven historically incapable of reporting this issue.

Although CNN, to its credit, streamed the conference live, none of the big boys bothered to staff it. As Washington Post columnist John Kelly (who had the integrity to admit he only showed up for the cookies) noted, the media turnout was largely fringe or obscure.

Try to imagine USAF veterans with all the proper DD-214s coming forward to discuss the crippling of our nukes by any other means — saboteurs, freak atmospherics, design flaws, whatever — during a period when we and the Soviets were spring-loaded to obliterate each other. At least two questions would demand answers: 1) How does the Defense Department respond to these allegations, and 2) What counter-measures have since been enacted to guarantee the security of our nuclear stockpiles? But neither of these issues were raised, because the A-Team didn’t show.

Although a few outfits like Stars and Stripes played it straight, most of the coverage was as predictable as fleas on dogs. “I don’t take this stuff at face value (to say the least), but I do love a grand yarn,” blogged Brian Caulfield of Forbes magazine. “That’s right,” added Wired’s Spencer Ackerman. “Earth is being monitored by intergalactic hippies.” Popular Science: “Paging Fox Mulder.”

The event, staged by UFO researcher/author Robert Hastings, will dissipate within a news cycle or two. An Air Force policy position that hasn’t changed since U.S. troops were being blown apart in Vietnam will see to that. But for an hour and a half on Monday afternoon in the nation’s capitol, long after their military careers ended, seven veterans who’ve had their fill of avoidance and denial proved to the world they still know how to serve their country.

Since the publication of this article, Mr Sanchez has published and offers for sale a PDF file entitled, UFO Highway within the pages (originally) is a copy of a DD-214 allegedly belonging to "Colonel X"; a copy of said doc was faxed to the NPRC in St Louis where Sanchez claimed to have obtained the DD-214 via a FOIA request–they stated emphatically that the document was BOGUS (their word).

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA--Popular Internet radio broadcaster Jerry Pippin based in Muskogee, Oklahoma, stunned his worldwide audience on Saturday, September 25, 2010 when he featured researcher Anthony Sanchez who, for the first time ever, revealed to the public the official government/military name for the much-rumored, alleged underground installation in Dulce, New Mexico.

Sanchez disclosed the complete name of the installation as: "Rio Arriba Scientific & Technological Underground Auxiliary".

He stated that this information came to him directly from a retired Air Force Colonel in January of 2010 when the Colonel invited him for an private interview in his cabin in California.

The interview lasted about three hours and was recorded on tape.
The Colonel is presently teaching in a college under a new, assumed name.
Sanchez seems to be in touch with the Colonel who gave him more astounding information about this complex.

Sanchez stated that the Colonel agreed to cut off all communications with him once Sanchez' book, UFO Highway, is released in December, 2010.

The official, abbreviated form of the Dulce installation is RIO ARRIBA CO, DSD-3 or RIO-AUX, Sanchez told the audience.

This military designation is not found anywhere on the Internet.
Sanchez said that he was told that this designation is "classified" when he made an inquiry with the Military Records in St. Louis.

Another information that stunned Pippin's audience was the revelation that there are three separate installations in Dulce. The main underground installation is named TA-D1 and is located, surprisingly (and confirming the long-existing rumor), under Archuleta Mesa!!

The second underground installation (a two-level installation) is named TA-D2 and is located on a non-descript area between the Eastern slope of Archuleta Mesa and County Road 357, close to the Colorado stateline. The exact location of this Security installation will not be disclosed.

The third installation is called TA-D3 and is located in the Leandro Canyon (close to the Project Gasbuggy site of 1967), about 22 miles southwest of Dulce. This installation is the furthest from the main complex, but is connected to the main facility by an underground tunnel system, stated Sanchez. "In fact, all three facilities are interconnected by subterranean tunnels. The most astounding information that was disclosed to me was that the main facility under the Mesa is also connected to Los Alamos National Laboratories in Los Alamos, New Mexico".
(A distance of about 65 miles!!).

TA, as everyone knows, is Technical Area, as used in Los Alamos.

In this stunning broadcast, Anthony Sanchez confirmed the Colonel's statement that there is no record whatsoever of a Thomas Edwin Castello that was ever employed as security personnel in Dulce.

Another statement made by the Colonel, Anthony Sanchez said, was that there have never been any "Reptilians" in Dulce.

One interesting thing that the Colonel mentioned to Sanchez was that the Colonel and his wife were present incognito at the 2009 Dulce Base Conference which was held in Dulce, New Mexico.

The conference was held on Sunday, March 29, 2009 and drew about 130 people.

DULCE BASE CONFERENCE ENDS: A FULL REPORT
The Colonel confirmed to Sanchez that he and his wife were near a parking lot close to the Best Western Jicarilla Inn at 5:50 a.m. on the morning of the conference, sitting and drinking coffee when two military helicopters flew over the building. One stayed around longer, hovering over the building.
The other circled the area, then scanned some vehicles, including theirs, before leaving.

The Colonel confirmed that the helicopters were from DSD-3. The Colonel also confirmed to Sanchez that there were two AFOSI investigators sitting there in the audience who he personally recognized.

In addition to them, there were several recognizable LANL scientists, he told Sanchez.

(The conference was held at Best Western Jicarilla Inn and was later forced to move to a community hall in a mini-mall located at a walking distance from the Hotel, because of a warning issued from the Dulce Fire Department for exceeding the maximum number of attendees allowed at a conference in the Hotel.)

What shocked the audience in this Jerry Pippin Show was the revelation that, yes, there was indeed an altercation in 1979 between the military and other "inhabitants" of the installation in Dulce.

This was the primary reason why the Colonel, a specialist in Military Psychological Post-Trauma Counseling, was sent to Dulce in 1979 as a member of a special team that dealt with post-traumatic syndrome experienced by military personnel.

The Colonel stated that were it not for the late Paul Bennewitz and Myrna Hansen, the Dulce story would never have surfaced.

Anthony Sanchez' fascinating book, UFO Highway is scheduled to be released in December of 2010 and will include the complete, fully transcribed amazing 3-hour interview with the Colonel that took place in January of 2010.

One documentary evidence item to back up the claims of the Colonel was shown to some researchers by Anthony Sanchez at a press conference held on September 11, 2010 in Angel Fire, New Mexico.

I certify that I am a witness to that documentary evidence.
