'Fleet' of UFOs Reported Over Carabobo, Venezuela

Franco Di Marco and his brother, employees of his machine shop were startled in witnessing more than 9 Unidentified Flying Objects over the skies of the state Carabobo , a region in North Central Venezuela.

The incident occurred on June 19 at 08:03 in the morning, Di Marco told journalist Héctor Escalante during a telephone conversation. The UFOs were seen from the Bolivar Avenue at the Carabobean capital, but the witness estimated that they may have been several kilometers ahead, towards Puerto Cabello.

He pointed out that his brother outside, "smoking a cigarette," when he inadvertently spotted the strange objects in the sky. "He started screaming to come and see, and we all went out because we did not know what was happening," he explained.

According to him, "there were about nine objects, perhaps more, with round lights of very bright white color”. He indicated that they were not all together, since a cloud separated them: On the one hand, there was a group forming a "sort of triangle”, and in the end, another smaller group "stayed in alignment”. Of the seven people who witnessed the unusual event, "no one took pictures because of the excitement of the moment," he said.

He said that the UFOs, whose size - in the distance - resembled that of a small light bulb, remained a little more than two minutes suspended in the air, at high altitude, "until one of them made a right angle turn and disappeared.” The rest of the objects seem to have followed the other, he argued, because they quickly lost sight of them. The description provided by the other witnesses , which can be seen in drawing by them, realize that the objects were not kept static.

     A “floating UFO” was caught on video between 5 and 5:30 a.m. over Tarma, Peru, on June 17, 2015, according to YouTube poster Edison Avila La Madrid.

The video (seen above) shows five – sometimes six – white, round lights floating in the night sky that could be attached to the same object or could be floating independently.

The 15-minute, 38-second video is in Spanish, but the website, Inquisitr, stated that the video was shot by a Peruvian resident and his son after they spotted the lights floating over their home.

According to Inquisitr, “First one appears, then it disappears,” says the son. “Are they five? Or is it just a big one?” he wonders. “I am scared now. Do you think they know we are recording them? Please, don’t leave me.”

On the video, the father says he believes the lights are attached to “a larger spaceship” which would explain why the group of lights remains so still in the sky.

“It is still, completely still. It is like that one from Mexico,” he tells his son, according to Inquisitr. “What we are seeing is just the base of it.”

The father then says on the video that he has seen “things like this for 45 years.” . . .

UPDATE: FIRST MASSIVE UFO SIGHTING RECORDED IN PERU

PRELIMINARY ANALISIS

     1. - According to the video of near 30 minutes of duration and the declaration of witnesses, which can be seen are between 30 to 50 physical manifestations, similars to spheres of white color, of unknown origin, very near one of which they were immovable, near two hours and half an hour, without emitting noise or sound some, to an approximated height of 2.000 meters (data to verify), that they were seen from different points from the capital.

2. - According to law, the Dirección General de Aviación Civil (DGAC), maximum authority of civil aeronautica in Peru, is the one in charge to authorize in zones of the airspace from Lima, the flight of airships with advertising, scientific aims or of another nature. Nevertheless according to the video, the objects did not “commercialize” anything, nor no scientific institution has demanded the responsibility of this massive aerial presence, until the moment.

3. - Either CORPAC, has not been pronounced about if the radar of the International Airport Jorge Chávez has been able to detect and to identify, these aerial anomalous phenomena. In any case, the zone of the sighting, is within the area of work of the radar before mentioned.

4. - The aeronautical hypothesis discards, since according to the video this urban zone is not airway, is not possibly looked like known aerial or aerodynamic object (airplane, helicopter, airship, model airplane, or similar).

5. - The possibility of sounding balloons for scientific workings dragged by the wind discards, because they were immovable near two hours and half and hour, in spite of the wind, soon not to move away or to move but visually to disappear.

6. - In case of not manned military aerial devices for espionage workings, also one would discard, since the nature of their task forces it to be furtive, and, less detectables or as far as possible observable. The myriad of objects was observed by more than two hours from diverse sectors of the capital.

7. - The hypotheses of metereological phenomena discard (there is no associate metereológical antecedents), atmospherics phenomena (like to ray in ball, rosary or similars, according to the video totally different), globes festive pyrotechnicses (we remember the duration of the event, immovable in the sky between half an hour, according to the cameramans and near two hours and half and hour, according to our sources); birds in flight or similars.

8. - Possibility of Sicosocial Campaign ?. - At the moment in the political aspect of Perú, there is no a problem of political, social or economic nature, so serious that it justifies the creation of a sico-social campaign, so elaborated. On the other hand, said supposed sico-social campaign one would occur within the context of the reorganization of peruvian intelligence services. The conflicts before mentioned are delicate, but they do not comprise of processes of deterioration or social political resonance, associable to sico-socials campaigns. But the accurate question would be well... exists technology at the present time to be able to project images in skies of holographic nature, so as we can observe in the video ?. And the answer simply we do not have it, because the source of information at the present time on this subject in concrete is very debatable. At the moment, we left raised the hypothesis. But we return in the beginning. And why to project holographic images in the sky of Lima? Experiments of social control?

FIRST MASSIVE UFO SIGHTING RECORDED IN PERU

     Towards the end of November 2006, I began to receive reports about massive UfO sightings in the area of Acho, and central Marcado in the center of Lima. Nevertheless, in the afternoon, Sunday May 20th 2007 I began to receive information from noon that strange white spheres were in the sky of above Lima, Peru.

The reports were originating from the districts of limeños de Surco (Surco Viejo), San Isidro, and the center of Lima. Indeed the journalist, “Francisco Landauro” of ATV News was in the area when she noticed several people watching the sky. What were witnessed were about 30 white balls of light that appeared to form “geometric figures.” Immediately she called ATV in order to get the objects on film.

Surprised by this unusual happening, the cameramen of ATV news Erick Schreiber and R. Monsefú began to record the objects around 2:00 in the afternoon, and did so for about a half an hour. In any event the occurrence lasted for about 2 and 1/2 hours beginning at 12:00.
