Help Expose the UFO-Nukes Link: Former ICBM Launch Officer Bob Salas’ GoFundMe Effort

Help Expose the UFO-Nukes Link

Former US Air Force Captain Bob Salas has started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for a second UFOs and Nukes press conference. The first such event, co-hosted with researcher Robert Hastings, was held in Washington D.C. on

September 27, 2010, and generated extensive, worldwide media coverage. CNN actually livestreamed it. Salas’ current effort is designed to again draw attention to the existence of a UFO-Nukes Connection, as confirmed in hundreds of declassified US government documents and the testimony of nearly 200 US military veterans, including Salas.

In March 1967, he was on missile alert duty outside of Malmstrom AFB, Montana, when a UFO briefly hovered over his Launch Control Capsule. At that point, all ten of his Minuteman-I missiles dropped offline. Extensive repairs were required to return the ICBMs to launch ready-status. Salas and his missile commander were sworn to secrecy about the incident, and he remained silent about it for nearly three decades.

UFO activity at nuclear weapons sites—including numerous other incidents over the years during which nuclear missiles mysteriously malfunctioned just as a UFO hovered over them—has now been publicly confirmed by former US Senator Harry Reid, whose behind-the-scenes efforts resulted in the creation of the formerly secret Pentagon UFO investigations group, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). Christopher Mellon, the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence under Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, has also confirmed the reality of a UFO-nuclear weapons link.

Salas believes that in the wake of the recently released UAP Task Force Report—which failed to mention a single nuclear weapons-related UFO incident—public and media attention should again be directed to the many, still-secret ICBM shut-down cases. His proposed press conference, if funded, will attempt to do just that. To contribute, go to the GoFundMe page.

  1. Who or what was the primary funding source for the 2010 press conference?
