Strange Things found on Monterey Bay Beaches - July 2014

By Amy Larson

MONTEREY, Calif. —You probably don't want to go swimming at the beach this weekend. Santa Cruz beaches are under water quality health warnings because of high bacteria levels created by all the dead fish. And in Monterey, the waves are green because of an algae bloom.
