Last night Keeping up with the Kardashians aired their episode that included Travis Walton and myself on a trip out to area 51. I wanted to share some details about my experience on the show and what a great time we had. We reported in March about a tweet sent out by Kendall Jenner saying she had seen a UFO. Her sister, Khloe Kardashian responded saying she believed, to which Kendall responded she was tripping out.

Khloe thought it was really cool that we had written about her sister's UFO sighting, and they had been planning a trip to Area 51. They needed a guide, so I was contacted. They saw I had written the story on Kendall, and that I had also recently been on coast to coast talking about the MUFON UFO conference in Las Vegas. What I didn't know until I met them is that Khloe, Kendall, Kylie, their Brother Brandon Jenner and his wife Leah all love the topic. I suspected they would love to hear a credible story having to do with extraterrestrials, so I asked if they would like me to bring along Travis Walton. They were familiar with the movie Fire in the Sky about his encounter, and were excited to meet him. They said they had tons of questions and were riveted by Walton's story. . . .

Kardashian Family At Area 51 On UFO Hunt

Part of keeping up with America's most watched reality TV family, the Kardashians, means we now know that several members of the family have a strong belief in UFOs and aliens.

On Sunday's episode of the E! channel's long-running "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," the Kardashian/Jenner family set out on a trip to hunt for aliens at America's top secret -- and legendary -- military base, known as Area 51.

Back in March, OpenMinds.tv reported how Kendall Jenner had revealed her own UFO sighting, followed by her sister Khloe Kardashian's disclosure of her belief in UFOs.

At the same time, the CIA revealed that Area 51 actually existed in the Nevada desert where, for decades, America built and tested high altitude spy aircraft technology. It also bred decades of rumors and speculation that the CIA was researching alleged alien technology at Area 51.

Put it all together and this is where the Kardashians wanted to go.

They recruited Open Minds writer, radio host and HuffPost blogger Alejandro Rojas to guide them as close as possible to the fabled military base which continues to depend on very tight security to keep civilians away -- even those named Kardashian.
