    On Nov. 2nd, 2015, NASA’s New Horizons' Pluto probe captured imagery of Kuiper Belt Object (KBO) 1994 JR1 in orbit 3.3 billion miles from the sun. New Horizons' Long Range Reconnaissance Imager (LORRI) captured four frames each one hour apart from a distance of 170 million miles. [...]
